Beautiful luxurious windmill hotel Very clean & also very helpful staff Great space for us as a family Free parking right in front of our windmill Great location (but you need a rental car to get around)

Sometimes we had internet issues and also 2x there was a power cut which lead to longer problems with WiFi even if current was back on The breakfast (which can be ordered from an outside service) was very late and too expensive - but this is not directly linked to the hotel

We had the most wonderful stay in this independent apartment with a private pool. The staff was incredibly kind, always available and helpful, offering us tips and assistance at any time of the day — literally 24/7. Every morning, they were active and responsive, and we even had access to free room service. The house was spotless, beautifully furnished both inside and out. The private pool was stunning, and the view over the sea was absolutely breathtaking. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet not far from the main attractions — the perfect balance. This place gave us privacy, comfort, and a real taste of Santorini's beauty. We'll definitely come back!

Location was great, beauitful views out to sea & an easy drive from the airport. The windmill was spotless & cleaned everyday. The kids loved the pool! Maria was so helpful with any questions, recomendations or issues we had - a truly attentive & lovely host.

The drive up to the top windmill was very steep so make sure you have good clutch control before attempting to drive up!! It could be quite windy at times but didnt bother us!

This is a truly unique place! We had the entire property to ourselves—four of us enjoyed the two-story layout with two bedrooms, a swimming pool, and a lovely outdoor seating area. It’s a very quiet and private retreat, and we had a wonderful time. We could even see the sunrise from our bed! The host was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to get to Topos and even connected us with a rental car service that delivered right to the property. The location is great, with reasonable driving distances to all the attractions. I highly recommend this place!

Breathtaking view, great experience living in a windmill villa and excellent support received from the host.

It was a bit far away from the city center but was compensated by the magnificent view and facilities at the villa. It provided the perfect ambience for relaxation with privacy and tranquility.

The only thing we loved about the property was an unobstructed view of a beautiful sunrise!

Reception didn’t open until 9 am in the morning. We booked a tour and had to reach old port. We let their taxi guy know this the previous night. However, they didn’t pick our phones or respond. By 9:10 we started getting nervous and were forced to order an Uber. The windmill is at an elevation of 700+ meters and taxis do not go there. All the taxis stop at the base. So if we don’t take hotel transfer we have to walk up and down 700 meters each time. Breakfast options weren’t that great with hardly any choices for vegetarians outside of being extremely pricey.

Beautiful property with great views. Very relaxing location as between Oia and Fira and short drive to both. Unique style if property with lovely concrete/stone finishes.

Very steep and winding driveway was a little challenging. Needs another couch for living area.
