The Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property itself was immaculate and had everything you would want.

Having a car or ATV is necessary as the drive up is a little steep. But the moment you step foot onto the property, its breathtaking! The inside and outside space is a dream. You feel instant relaxation and calmness. The view from the patio area and from inside the windmill is priceless. Anyone would be honored to stay here. We had 3 days with friends and then 1 day more with just my husband and I. It was such an enjoyable place. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Maid service daily. We loved the the living room area and the kitchen area where we had a small fridge, stove and plenty of utensils to eat on and cook with. Breakfast was not included in the price, but you can message your host the night before to request breakfast ($15/pp) the next day which is delivered at or around the time you specify. (Breakfast includes orange juice, fresh fruit, assortment of breads, and eggs/potatoes/protein custom made to order) And if you want to order lunch or dinner food, (which we did) use the app Wolt or efood to find local restaurants that will deliver. We even had a friendly cat who came to visit daily who we named, Genesis. :)

The only thing we would improve would be that the top floor bedroom does not have its own TV. Also, The shower area in that bedroom is slanted, so the 2nd level bedroom/bathroom would be better for taller guests. Otherwise our stay was absolutely wonderful.

Perfect place !! So comfy and good looking. We had the best time ever ! The workers were really nice and really helped us! The location of the villa is beautiful with a great beach view. We really enjoyed the stay and we were really relaxed in the villa. So pretty I can’t stop thinking about it and want to come back. Thank you❤️

The view was spectacular and the staff were unobtrusive. It was very clean. The outdoor patio area and pool with a spectacular view of the sunrise was outstanding.

The pictures on booking.com were very misleading. They are identical for a Superior and Deluxe Villa, however we had a very narrow very steep metal spiral staircase. We had an elderly guest and it was very difficult for him getting up and down the stairs, not to mention the difficulty of getting our luggage upstairs. The second floor shower was very low - mostly a hand shower and you could not stand up straight next to the right side of the bed. The staff did offer to swap villas when we complained but we were already out for the day and we had an hour to swap. On the 3rd day I requested fresh swimming towels for our boat trip the following day. I asked for them by 12H00 as that was when our transport was arriving. They only arrived once we had left. You definitely need a car, the Villa is advertised as being in Imerovigli but is quite some distance away and faces the east.The walk up the drive will cause many a heart to beat overtime.

The accommodation was superb, all the interior and exterior is so we'll maintained. I loved also the manager Maria🥰 as she helped us in all matters. Great location but a car is required. We have a lot of love for this place! And for sure will return and I recommend 100%🥰

Maria was so wonderful and helpful with anything we needed. The view from the terrace was beautiful. Loved being in a central location.
