Δεν υπήρχαν τα απολύτως απαραίτητα. Το νερό δεν υπήρχε, Παρόλο που είχαμε ενημερώσει ότι έχουμε και μωρό όταν ανοίγαμε την βρύση στο ζεστό δεν έτρεχε καθόλου νερό συνεπώς τρεις μέρες δεν κάναμε μπάνιο, Δεν υπήρχε φούρνος μικροκυμάτων για να μπορέσουμε να ζεστάνουμε γάλα του μωρού,ο βραστήρας ήτανε μέσα στην σκουριά οι συνθήκες υγιεινής ήτανε απαράδεκτες το κρεβάτι γεμάτο σκόνη ο καναπές επίσης και με το που φτάσαμε έπρεπε να καθαρίσουμε για να μπορέσουμε να βάλουμε το μωρό για ύπνο.

The property states it is a 3-star hotel. This is an AirBNB. No one to help you at all!!!

The owner is extremely rude, not helpful at all with getting to address, difficult finding lights, and was difficult in assisting with questions related to parking, or bags. The owner's response to me, "3 other families stayed". Not really a person for the hospitality industry. When I tried to phone, the owner was "in a meeting" and then never called me back. Additionally, there is no sign outside of "hotel". The directions you are given are to another hotel, where you are then directed to a small door across the walkway. Having never been there before, it was difficult to find. The owner of the hotel across the way, a VERY KIND lady, helped me find the door.

Lighting was very confusing and could switch the lights totally off

Beautiful traditional house, lots of room and location was fantastic - right in the castle and close to all restaurants.
