The veiw is good.

Cleanliness needs to be improved.It smells bad when we entered the house.We found hair on hand towels, in the bathtub, on the pillow.

The views were fantastic over the bay and the terrace was lovely to sit and watch the sun set. Quirky layout but worked for us.

The kitchen was dated and maybe a little tired - could do with an update. The drive way into the property is very steep and not for the faint hearted

The view is stunning and architectural design of the house is attractive and room design and furnishings comfortable.

Disappointingly the kitchen supplies were inadequate. No wine or champagne glasses at all. 6 water or similar glasses only. Inadequate crockery, no side plates or butter knives, only 2 dinner knives and 3 dinner plates. Fortunately, there were only 2 of us staying in a 3 bedroom house! Hand soap and washing detergent were considerably diluted, presumably to make it go further. The aircon on the lower level was also dripping when in use. A thorough audit is required. There are lots of steps down to the house from the street / carpark so it would be tricky for some people. The driveway and car park may also challenge some when reversing. The view, however, is remarkable, just glorious and the visiting birds to the bird feeder entertaining to watch. The location made up for some disappointments.

View was great

Claimed air con but the rooms were unbearably hot. 2 air con units one broken. Leaked all over the couch and drenched it so you couldn't sit on it. Also had annoying dripping sound and had to use bowl from kitchen to collect the water and empty it out. Very steep to get to property and very difficult to park car in car port. No toilet paper which Is the least that could be provided. Tried to contact owner re disappointment but heard nothing back and keep getting emailed to review so here it is.
