Most Bali Malioboro Villa

Superfijne villa, op loopafstand van het treinstation en malioboro street. De kamers zijn ruim genoeg, het zwembad is lekker en de villa is leuk ingericht.

Op 2 plekken naast de villa wordt gebouwd. Hier heb je echt wel overlast van. Ze gaan door tot 22u. De gordijnen houden ook geen daglicht tegen dus oordopjes en slaapmasker zijn aan te raden.

Het hebben van een eigen huisje is heel fijn en natuurlijk in combinatie met het heerlijk eigen zwembadje: het was geweldig en comfortabel!

Er wordt momenteel gebouwd (2025), dat is jammer maar was voor ons geen echt probleem. Het viel echt heel erg mee. Maar goed, het is er wel.

Nice pool, comfortable bed, good location, good amenities. Ibnu was friendly and helpful, our plane was delayed but he waited for us to arrive, and showed us through the house.

Sorry to say but the noise from construction works next door and opposite were ongoing from 7.30am until 10pm every day. Which was quite annoying.

It is well located close to Malioboro and the train station. It has large comfortable beds. The pool is definitely great after a day out exploring. Ibnu is a friendly, attentive, and helpful host. The washing machine was particularly welcome and we used it a lot. It is a quirky and interesting place.

The house is largely open air. Both bedrooms can be closed off and are air-conditioned). This means hungry mosquitoes roam the living spaces, kitchen, and stairs night and day along with other critters. There are currently two building sites nearby, each producing noise and dust well into the night. The kitchen needs more equipment. The place could do with some maintenance (in particular, blocked/semi blocked drains).

Everything! From the moment Ibnu prepared us for arrival and welcomed us to enjoying all aspects of the villa: big enough for privacy but small enough for cosy moments. In walking distance to the station (if you’re willing to dodge traffic for ten minutes while pulling luggage) and Jalan Malioboro (if you must). The neighbourhood is dotted with interesting eateries and even a bar . Ibnu stayed most helpful via WhatsApp giving us local tips and arranging a driver for us to go to Borobudur. The pool is the most wonderful perk to come back to after a hot day’s outings!!! And all that for just you! Oh- I forgot to mention the treats in the fridge. Terimakasih!

Nothing - we found it perfect! Someone who is super sensitive to noise might right now be irritated by the building activity going on across the street and next door. It starts before seven and ends after eight at night, with the workers often having sweet chatty debriefs on the street. We didn’t mind. Just be aware of that for maybe the rest of 2025.

- smelly bathroom. Something not right with the drainage - door of 1 of the bathrooms did not close well. This is not a problem on its own, but the AC unit was there and the warmth of that thing came into the room. Also mosquitos will enter the room this way

Location is great as it is within walking distance to Malioboro Street where there will always big crowds.

My wife can't sleep on the first night and we decided to move to a hotel.
