Most Bali Malioboro Villa

Ibnu was a very accommodating host who helped us with a late check-in and check-out. The villa was very, very clean and had everything we needed. It was a nice refuge from the busy streets of Jogja and the pool was fabulous at the end of each day.

We liked it all. As other people have said, it can be a bit noisy but we realised that would be everywhere. It didn't stop us having a good night's sleep.

Please read both the positive and negative parts of this review. The villa is very interesting: the swimming pool is the first thing you see, and the living and dining areas are next to this (these areas are covered, but open air). This makes it a nice place to hang out- the pool is quite cool. The rooms are comfortable, with very comfortable beds, and the furniture and decorations of a good standard. The roof terrace is a bit open, but does give decent views over the city. The location is great, a few minutes from Malioboro.

The lack of walls is problematic, as the villa is right next to a busy road and a junction, with all of the traffic noise this means. And the traffic noise goes on all day, and all night. Sleeping is a real issue, as the windows are big and off practically no insulation from all the noise. Additionally, the curtains are light-coloured and let in a lot of light early in the morning. Add to this the call to prayer, and you understand that you won't sleep well. The lack of walls can also mean that things get in: food left out may be eaten, and a bat came in and made a mess of some chairs and the floor.

The location of this spacious villa is great, the private pool is an enormous bonus when you're travelling with your family. I would highly recommend it!

Nice large separate villa near the station. Own little swimming pool. Kitchen and washing machine came in handy. Two AC cooled sleeping rooms with each a queen bed and its own bathroom.

The ground floor is open so you can expect visitors (mice and cockroaches). Quite a lot of street noise all day, but that won't be much different elsewhere in Yogya. We didn't see the sofa bed anywhere so the villa is for a max of 4 people.

Very kind host who facilitated an early check-in for us. The property is really well located and well cleaned. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace!

The street-facing room does let a bit of the traffic in, but it didn't deter us from getting great sleep throughout our time there!

Nice place to stay in Yogyakarta, close to Malioboro st and train station. Easy to find foods.

At this time, in front of the villa is a building construction , it makes very very noise sound.

Beauty and comfy apartment

Most Bali Malioboro Villa is a peaceful, relaxing villa right in the middle of the town. With its high fences and doors, it created a tranquil atmosphere, and the plunge pool was great at the end of a hot day. Both the bedrooms had their own ensuites with plenty of light and the rooftop terrace was great for evening relaxation. Also the kitchen and laundry facilities was all that we wanted.
