Spacious, clean. Great views. Handy for restaurants/bars

Parking a lot less easy than description suggests. Kitchen utensils - some need replacing as do not work well (scissors, cork screw/bottle opener)

Although we did not meet, Pedro, our host was very attentive and prompt with responses to questions. The apartment was very nice with all we needed in the way of linen, towels etc. There were 7 restaurants with a short walk, (4 very close). Paul du Mar was a friendly place. Everyone we met was nice. I would recommend for anyone wanting a nice quiet time. If you do want to explore the island, with Paul Du Mar as your basem it would be best to hire a car, (we did).

The apartment is close to the start of a levada, (walking trail), which is great, but sometimes meant we couldn't get parked beside the apartment and had to park on the pier. Not a big issue really. There is parking in front of the apartment behind a locked gate but another person was parking there during our stay.

Great space but be aware this is three apartments not a villa

La ubicacion es excelente, las camas cómodas, el apartamento esta muy completo a nivel de utensilios. Hay aparcamiento cerca y las vistas al puerto y a la playa sin inmejorables

Loved how we looked out on the harbor. Went swimming every night to cool off from swimming. The place was nicely appointed. There were restaurants close by, and it was nicely situated to some many beautiful drives and hikes. Host was amenable and brought fans as the bedrooms were hot. Mostly a quiet town.

The couch could be replaced. It seems a little worn. The mirror in the bathroom is useless unless you are 5’7’’ and taller. Maybe a stepping stool for us shorties.
