Perfect in every way! The most extraordinary property we have ever stayed at. Theres a view of the ocean and a waterfall right from your bedroom window. There’s a beach right outside the house, and a hiking trail up to the waterfall as well. The accommodation was so beautifully decorated. It was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. We only had two people but it could definitely fit way more comfortably. Paul do Mar was the perfect location to base ourselves in. We were still able to easily explore the island. The locals there were also so lovely and welcoming. The host truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the most comfortable and incredible time in Madeira. We are so grateful. We truly feel like it’s a home away from home and we can’t wait to return and stay here again. We will never stay anywhere else when visiting Madeira.

Beautifully furnished apartment on sea front.

Lovely location & Pedro took the time to meet us to check all was ok. Apartment is nicely appointed and comfortable with great sea views. Good,location for levadas and western attractions. Plenty of good little places to eat very close.

Unfortunately this place is a sun set hot spot and we struggled to park. Even Pedro’s private area was stolen by locals and tourists at times - there is no signage to say private to be fair. Saturday night was party central on the street right outside and our sleep was affected. Whilst there is air con this is in the living area not the bedrooms. It could get stuffy and so you open the windows which is fine as long as it’s quiet outside. So just be aware.

Nicely furnished and decorated. Clean. Close to the harbor. View on the ocean only from the terrace, which however seems not to belong to one apartment but to more than one.
