The villa was excellent and in a great location with lovely views. The owners are on site and cannot do enough to help and go above and beyond what you would expect.

Location great. Wonderful views and a short stroll to the village. Perfect pool right outside the back door. Spacious accommodation and well equipped. Great hosts who kept everything immaculate and were on hand to help with any enquiries.

Exceptional hosts, couldn’t do enough for us. Very knowledgeable about the area, kind and friendly. Very roomy apartment. Killer great views. Quiet. Nice pool. Good kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Close to everything we needed.

On a small hill, which is hard for me to walk up. But fine for most people (I’m older with cardiac issues). No one else in my group had problems with the hill and walked up and down at least once a day, and we had a car. Beds could have been softer. Would recommend tempurapedic foam mattress toppers on beds. Marble floors can be slippery.

A lovely apartment a short stroll from the center of Agia Efimia. The hosts live next to the apartments and are super friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is 2 storey, well equipped and spacious with lovely balconies overlooking the valley and down to the sea. The pool is shared with one other apartment (then there's a 2nd pool for the other 2 apartments) and was also clean and spacious with plenty of sunbeds.

Excellent location near Agia Efimia (short walk), fantastic views, lovely clean pool, well stocked kitchen, helpful owners, pool towels as well as bathroom towels given, large fridge/freezer, spacious rooms and great air conditioning. We will be back!

What a great property in a great location, there was everything we needed at the property. Kitchen had everything you would need, house had loads of space in general. Thanasis and his family were so friendly and looked after us so well, when we arrived there was water and a couple of beers in the fridge. We were supplied with washing up liquid, soap etc so we didn’t have to buy anything on our arrival. Pool area is so clean, we shared it with the house next door but we were there for 10 days and had it to ourselves on the days we were chilling. Towels were provided for the house as well as for the pool, they were changed every 3 days as well as the bed sheets. Wi-Fi was free and very fast I would highly recommend this property if staying in Agia Effimia
