We loved everything. House spotless and fully equipped with everything you need. Beautiful pool with umbrellas loungers and chairs. Kitchen fully equipped inc microwave sandwich toaster, fridge freezer. TV had many channels in English as well as U Tube. Wifi excellent. Local to the harbour with many Tavernas and supermarkets that deliver for free. Balconies off every room and spacious bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space. Thanasis and his wife live on site and nothing is too much trouble. They are there if you need them. This was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. We will definitely be back. There was not one thing we did not like

Good location for taking a walk around the village. We found Agia Effimia to be a good base as we travelled around the island. We were a large group, filling three of the villas but everyone still had their space, even a cute sleeping space for the baby. The pool area is great, and was kept clean and tidy. The hosts are very friendly and kept everything in perfect condition.

We loved our week staying here. The owners were on hand whenever we needed anything and nothing was a bother. It was kept spotlessly clean and the pool was as an absolute bonus. Even though we shared it with the next apartment, there was enough space and enough sun beds for everyone. Would really recommend anyone to stay here. It was an ideal base for exploring the island.

The shower downstairs was on the small side. One double bed would have worked better.

We liked the friendly owners, the views and the pool . Plus kitchen was well equipped .

They could have done with a shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom
