Spacious, good facilities with pool and jacuzzi, BBQ and outdoor sitting area.

An umbrella / cover from sun by the pool would be useful.

This is a gorgeous villa, great location & cosy. It feels like a home. The pool is much much smaller in person but was lovely and warm and clean. The jacuzzi was not ready for us but after about 3 days was fixed and cleaned. There are some nice restaurants down the road and the bus stop to get to the main area is only a 3 min walk. The villa was also ready earlier than expected which was amazing as we had arrived quite early. Lovely little arrival pack of wine, bread and other bits was there too.

Some small upgrades here and there are needed. The floors had not appeared to be cleaned when we arrived. We also had to request more towels as we were only given one bath towel each for the whole 10 days. No one came to change the sheets the whole time…. This was unusual to me after staying in plenty of villa rentals, someone would always provide fresh sheets/towels during the stay. The couch/tv/dining area layout doesn’t make sense and could definitely be rearranged. The shower head in the upstairs bathroom is pretty much broken and needs to be replaced asap. There is no kitchen condiments provided and no toilet roll provided to you need to stock up on some basic essentials. All small things but wouldn’t stop me from recommending this villa.

The location could not have been better for us. It was far enough away from Playa Banca to be quiet but easy enough to get to in the car or by bus.

There were a couple of things that need some running repairs, like the upstairs shower head and the toilet flush. Too small to complain about but big enough to become annoying. Although these we not an issue for us, there are a few restrictions that are only given on the day of arrival. I can understand the reasons why but it may affect some guests. No visitors? this is something that could be annoying if you're there at the same time as other friends or family.

The pool and the hot tub were definitely our highlights! Great facilities - warm welcome with a basic food package for our arrival which was appreciated, alongside the basics (toilet roll, dishwasher tablets etc). The owner also let us have a late check out for our evening flight. Lovely surprise to find some left over inflatables for the pool so the kids could play upon arrival. Great little tapas within walking distance and Playa Blanca is walking distance (3km) - and a short taxi ride home for around €5-6.

Nothing - it was exactly what we needed! The wind did prevent us from eating outside however that’s hardly the fault of the villa! A couple of things which could be added for convenience - oven gloves (although there are cloths provided) and some plastic glasses for when outside. Nothing major though!

loved the pool - slightly smaller than imagined photographed very well in the images on here - but adequate - kids loved it!
