the breakfast is wonderful, the service is excellent, the location is in a quiet place, the owners are very friendly and are always ready to fulfill our wishes liked everything and the impressions about the hotel were the most pleasant. Effie and Alex helped in all matters, were very hospitable and very pleasant, so our stay with them was very pleasant

The property was very clean and the hospitality was top-notch. Alex went above and beyond explaining where to go and what to see during our stay. His mom prepared a wonderful breakfast each morning and catered to our special requests. Alex also helped us arrange rides as we did not rent a car. The location is nice as it’s not in the hub of everything, but very close to the airport and main tourist attractions.

It didn’t hinder our visit, but it may not be the best property for young children as there are a few small steps inside the villa and lots of small breakable decorations. The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable, but fine for a couple of days.

Absolutely everything !!!!! Efi is the BEST host we have ever encountered. She greeted us from the taxi, took our heavy bags, hugs all round and told us we are home. She had prepared a welcome platter of delicious food and offered us wine to let us settle in and then we open the door to our luxury cave and just WOW !!!!!!! It was meticulously styled, spotless and better than the photos. Honestly we were blown away. Having 2 bathrooms was a total bonus ! Even for 2 I would say spend the extra and be in heaven ! It’s in a very quiet location and yet a simple cab ride from the top off the street takes you straight into Fira for the caldera view, restaurants, night life etc or you can walk(about 20 mins). Note if you cab - take note of the petrol station sort of near where you have to get out as both our cabs got lost. The tranquil outdoor setting was pure bliss at night and EFI also cooks a beautiful breakfast which was delicious. I honestly can’t rave enough !!!!!!! Added extras: lollies, traditional Greek wine each day, fresh fruit in your fridge and they provide a steamer (in place of an iron). We also had to leave early the next day and that meant missing out on breakfast so she went to the bakery and made us a takeaway pack. Just next level hospitality.

EFI is best host ever... made us feel special and took care of all our needs, food, drink, travel tranfers, tours. Loved it there... Frieda the dog was adorable... place is clean and warm... 100% expectations fulfilled...

Freshly made and tasty breakfast provided. We can enjoy the meal in a lovely garden. The host alex is very kind to share his travel tips with us. It helps us to enjoy santorini with convenience. I also like the decoration of my superior villa cave room. We can light the candle at night which is pretty romantic. The location of hotel is close to Fira. It is within a walking distance and time. In between, there are some shops and mini market. You can get everything you need event at mid night. Last but not least, I am glad to have Alex arranged us the car from the port to hotel and from hotel to the port. Big recommendation to everyone visiting Santorini.

My girlfriend complains about the little insects in the room. Maybe adding an bug zapper is better for girls.
