Mango Tango Villas Siargao

It was very difficult to navigate getting into and out of Mango Tango during rainy stay. Many other properties have elevated stepping stones or wood planks to help guests traverse the ankle height+ floods after a heavy rain. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Mango Tango— at the minimum, umbrellas and ponchos would have been a thoughtful amenity for the space’s price point. There was no one on-site at all during my 3-night stay nor was there any info or recommendations for nearby places to eat, tours etc. Yen, the receptionist from Mao Mao Surf Resort just down the street was an absolute savior for this! 💟 There was excessively loud music being played by a local karaoke bar for literally 36 hours+ straight before it being turned off. While it started during New Years Eve (totally understandable) it continued playing at the same volume straight (no breaks) through until January 2nd- it became too disruptive. Once made aware, the owners were VERY receptive and apologetic immediately tried to diffuse the situation which was greatly appreciated!

The property was so beautiful and we loved all of the decorations too! The hosts were so helpful and friendly throughout our stay, thanks again for all of your help.

The accommodation is perfect to relax and get some good night rest from tiring day of activities in Siargao. It is very clean and beautiful and quiet. 😉

When it rains, road can be a bit wet and muddy but you would care less because you have been wet all day. Also, since Siargao is an island expect some bugs and mosquitoes as they thrive in the environment. pro tip: mosquito repellents works.

We LOVED everything about the property! it’s the perfect place for your stay in Siargao. Its a self contained unit with everything you could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen to a beautiful semi outdoor shower. it’s a short drive to cloud 9 as well as amazing shops and restaurants. We just loved it! The owners are also amazing and replied promptly to any request - the helped is with scooter hire, surfing lessons and airport transfers. We will definitely be back

We really loved the place, beautiful mix of local vibe but with great design and aesthetic. The house is super clean and the place is quiet and peaceful. We stayed in different places in Siargao and Mango Tango is definitely our favorite, probably the best Wifi we had in the island. We loved everything there and wished we would have stayed in Mango Tango our whole time in Siargao. Big up for the 2 French owners, lovely girls and very helpful.

Love the charm of this place. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe. It's out on the back road tucked in the jungle, away from all the noise and loud bars of the main road so we were able to enjoy the calm of nature! It's next to amazing breakfast places. The owners were fast at answering all our questions. Highly recommend this place. We will come back for sure!
