The house structure itself is amazing

No source of water or back up when theres electrical issue

The design is sooo good, like a private garden villa. The loft is very comfortable, I love the design a lot!

The aircon didnt work,just the fan did. The rest was amazing

There were a lot of cooking materials: several different kinds of pots and dishes The villa was well decorated. We took some great photos. The landlord and James responded very timely. James helped me retrieve my contact lens solution. He's really nice and helpful.

Short version: It is very ins-looking but not convenient to actually live a life there Long version with details: There was a water pit blocking the gate all the time. We had to squeeze in between the fence and the coconut tree in order to get in (not to mention we had a suitcase). I understand the road in front of the villas is public but it's part of the experience. Maybe some stepping stone would've made our lives easier... The apartment is not cleaned properly. When we arrived, the toilet was very wet and a boiled egg was in the water heater. We also spotted a big dead ant in the fridge. The AC was pretty noisy :( The location is sort of in the jungle. It is quiet at night but there is a construction lot next door, so it's pretty noisy during day time. It is difficult to get a Toktok because of the location as well, you probably need to walk for 5 mins.

I loved the design, that it felt safe, and that it had absolutely had everything you need. I loved that it made me feel comfortable and at home
