Amazing property, extremely clean and well maintained. Staff were extremely polite, courteous and helpful - both Lukshaan and Ishan.

Food could have been better. First night, I woke up at 1 am due to mosquitoes. The team then gave liquid vaporisers which could have been given on arrival.The tea cupboard handle is broken but i never used it

Lovely welcome, couldn't of helped more, amazing villa photos didn't do it justice, only thing could have made it perfect was hand soap by bathroom sink and somewhere to hang your towel

"Not practical for the money in SriLanla"

Large open spaces with modern art and paint finishes

Not practical at all, eg no towel rails,no where to store or hang clothes, bath robes were tiny, you had to get down on hands and knees to lock and unlock front door. Never enough water.

"Short break in Nuwara Eliya in Queen Cabana ."

The staff are very friendly and helpful and Cabana is very comfortable to stay in .

Just a few minor things like maybe bedside lights , position of main light switch upstairs meaning you have to walk tight around in dark to get to it .

"A great couple of days stay"

A quirky property, excellent staff and service. Spotlessly clean, good location.

No bedside lights, main switch in bedroom not easy to access. Lacked power sockets, especially beside the bed, although an extension lead was provided.

"מרשים במבט ראשון וממש לא נוח."

ארוחת ערב נהדרת, לוקשן והצוות היו מקסימים, סייעו בכל שהתבקשו! המיטה הייתה נוחה. טלויזיות חכמות וגדולות, חצר המלון מטופחת ויפה.

ארוחת בוקר אלמנטרית, ללא ירקות טריים, כדי לנעול את דלת הכניסה צריך להתכופף עד הרצפה, המלון באזור התעשייה של העיירה, מדרגות צרות לקומה השנייה, אין מנורות לילה ליד המיטות, צריך לקום כדי לסגור את האור בחדר, לא היו מים חמים בטוש אלא רק באמבטיה, לא היו מים קרים בכיור- רק חמים, היה קר מאוד בקומת הקרקע בלילה (11 מעלות בחוץ), והחימום לא הספיק (החימום בחדר השינה בקומה השנייה היה סביר), בבוקר היה קשה להיכנס לאמבטיה כשטמפרטורת חדר האמבטיה היא 11 מעלות וללא חימום (אין תנור לחמם את האמבטיה)!!! לוקח דקה עד 2 דקות עד שמגיעים מים חמים, חדר האמבטיה הוא בגווני אפור ושחור- מאוד חשוך בגלל זה, עיצוב המבנה מרשים- אבל ממש לא נוח.

We had a really lovely night here. A big thank you to our caretaker, who was very kind and showed us all the facilities in the room. The room was clean and beautiful, and the dinner was delicious—one of the best meals we had in Sri Lanka.
