Excellent communications with the hosts. All the facilities you could want. Extras provided, such as dishwasher tablets, washing powder, milk, bread and water. Approx 35 minute walk to the marina and 25 to the harbour (enough time to work up an appetite). Plenty of outside space. Couldn't fault a thing.

Beautiful property, carefully maintained and perfectly equipped with every possible amenity you could possibly need for your holiday. Quiet and secured gated location with lovely plants outside front door. Rooms were pristine and decorated with excellent taste, with high-spec fittings and appliances in large kitchen and beautifully decorated bathrooms. Beautiful pool that Tony maintains brilliantly. The attention to detail was exceptional, Vania and Tony provided so much inside and outside the villa that really made this stay feel like a home away from home. I have stayed in many villas in Playa Blanca, but Villa Pancho is the best I have stayed in. Also, Vania and Tony are also the best hosts/owners I have encountered on my travels internationally. Their hospitality was amazing and they went above and beyond our expectations. It is evident they take tremendous pride in their property and want guests to have the best stay, and will go above and beyond to ensure this. Tony and Vania, thank you for your outstanding hospitality and we look forward to returning to Villa Pancho!

A home from home! Welcoming, clean, spacious. We literally walked in, kicked our shoes off and relaxed. Vania and Tony have thought of everything, you name it they have it. The outside area is quiet with plenty of space, nice seating area, an amazing pool, a large table to eat at and a lovely cooking area for a bbq. Oh, and don’t forget the view from the back window! The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms are comfy with lots of storage, immaculate bathrooms and there’s a nice lounge area where the boys could enjoy watching the Euros. There is a meter for air con so take some 1€s, we feel it was a reasonable rate. Great free Wi-Fi. Thank you Vania and Tony, you are the perfect hosts and we hope to come back soon.

The villa was fantastic, had everything you would need and more. The location was good, in a nice area. about a 25 minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Only 5 euros in a taxi.

Nothing everything was great

We LOVED this property. A great 25/30 minute easy walk to the centre and €5 in a taxi back. Very quiet spot with a wonderful heated pool and outside kitchen bbq area. The house is extremely well equipped and has an alarm to set for whilst you are out. We will book again .

Nothing to not like.

The villa is beautiful and extremely well equipped. The pool was clean and warm and the pool area extensive with plenty of loungers and a large dining area. The beds are comfortable and everything was spotless. The hosts met us on arrival and came to the villa on our departure even though it was 5am! They were available to answer any questions and had provided lots of little extras which were much appreciated. Thank you Tony and Vania for a lovely stay in your villa.

No negatives

Beautifully clean and well appointed villa. Great location a short drive from Playa Blanca resort centre and also the Marina. The hosts were very helpful and on hand via WhatsApp to answer questions. We will definitely return!

The location could be slightly closer to the front - it is about a 20min walk away. Not a major issue though and there are plenty of taxis and scooters available if you don’t fancy the walk.

Only one key for 7 guests. No wardrobe in outside bedroom. This room is not accessed through Villa. No English channels on TV. Was not met by hosts on arrival( booking said we would be). The lady who met us had no English and could not answer any of our questions despite English being listed as one of the languages spoken .All she did was collect the deposit. Beware of your deposit of200 euro on departure deposit was not refunded. Our Hosts( 4 arrived at property to inspect) claimed two springs were broken on two windows & there was rust on one of the barstools outside and a scrape which we did not do.The chair was in usable condition But yet they said it would have to be replaced.Think these people need to realise that properties will be exposed to a certain amount of wear and tear over time.They claimed the windows had to be opened in a special way and springs would not pop off,If this was the case is should have been explained on arrival. We felt it was very unfair to withhold the full deposit. With the price we paid for 11 nights they adequately had themselves covered .We are a group of 7, 4 adults & 3 children and always very respectful of any property we have stayed it. We have rented villas many time and have never encountered and problems relating to our security deposit until our stay in Villa Pancho.
