Everything was provided for us even toothpaste. The hosts were excellent and always available

Not a negative but a car would be recommended as a bit of a walk into town and carrying shopping.

There was nothing to fault at this villa. everything was provided, toilet roll, washing up liquid, soap powder, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, shower gel. they had thought of absolutely everything. the location was fab and a taxi was no more than €4 down to the town. When we arrived there were a few steps of only 2-3 inches at most (but I use a scooter full time due to MS) and it turned out my scooter would not manage up and down them. The host Tony went above and beyond and measured what was required and turned up the next day with a ramp that he had his carpenter make. this made my stay so much easier and relaxing not having to worry about the steps. We always stay in a villa when we vacation and the standard of this villa was impeccable.

The property was exceptionally clean and came with everything we needed for a relaxing week. The table tennis was great fun too. The shops and restaurants were a 20 minute walk away, which was perfect. We recommend Los Hervideros and La Cofradia, a little further to walk to the port, but worth it. Our hosts Tony and Vania were welcoming and very hospitable and on hand if we needed them. Thank you!

Vania and Tony were wonderful and flexible hosts, they met us on arrival and came early for checkout. They were really welcoming and friendly. Excellent villa, clean, spacious, comfortable. We were surprised to find such a useful welcome pack with orange juice, coffee, milk, bread and jam as well as biscuits. The rooms were clean and comfortable and provisioned with loo roll, soap and shower gel as well as beach towels. We had requested a cot which was provided and was really good quality (not just a travel cot) and a high chair and baby bath with changing table were also provided. The villa is a pleasant 25 minute stroll down to the beachfront and shops or less than 5 minutes in a car. The outdoor space is excellent with sun loungers a dining area with outdoor fridge and food prep area with bbq (charcoal provided) and the pool was well cared for and cleaned before and during our stay. It is 1.6m deep throughout but the kids were fine using the provided inflatable lilos and diving masks. Overall the villa exceeded our expectations and their booking.com rating is very well deserved.

Amazing villa inside and out. Hosts have equipped the villa with everything you need. Outside comfortable seating and barbecue area. Lovely swimming pool with heating available if needed.

Would have liked a supermarket a little bit closer

The villa was fantastic. There are so many positives to say about the villa I am worried I will miss some of them. The owners, Vania and Tony were hugely accommodating and were always available via text if you needed to ask them anything. The villa was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. It was spacious and so well equipped. You literally have everything available for you, from toothpaste, shower gel, cotton wool pads, first aid kit, huge amount of towels in the bathrooms, to sun umbrellas for the beach, Tupperware containers, washing machine complete with capsules and fabric conditioner in the kitchen and utility areas. Hairdryers and straighteners are supplied. Netflix etc all on the televisions. To save the best for last, the outside area and pool are honestly superb. It is huge. The pool is much larger than we hoped for and the sun is with you all day from 9 until 8 in the evening. 7.30 in the evening and I was often still relaxing on the sun lounger soaking up the evening rays. Tony will ask when is convenient to clean the pool every few days which is great. We decided not to cover the pool at all and it was fine. There is an outdoor shower which is fab. However, there are also two fantastic shaded areas if you wish to escape from the sun! The large eating area outside was also well equipped and had its own fridge which we used for drinks. The owners have carefully kept an array of inflatables from previous vacationers. We used almost all of them which our three daughters loved - from unicorn rings to double hoop rings, LILOs, a hamster/water wheel and even snorkel masks. There was also a darts board which we all loved playing by the pool! We didn’t hire a car and walked to supermarkets, the Marina, Dorada beach and Playa Blanca restaurants etc. Each of these walks are about 25-35 minutes (we have a six year old so you may be quicker than us!) We would recommend Lanis snack bar to eat in Rubicón Marina.
