Leaking, edge of pool calspsing, dirty pool. Dangerous. We had to fill the dirty pool everyday to stop the pump from banging when low on water. The pool attendant told us the pool was losing power from the solar panels thats why it was leaking. And to fix the side of the pool which is ready for caveing in dangerous they would have to close the pool for reconstruction i paid good money for this villa to have a fully funtional pool but this wasnt the case. Christina is going to keep taking peoples hard earned money till the side collapses and you dont go on holidaybto fill the pool everyday your selfs we didnt use the pool because it was filthy.instead we used our friends pool which was booked by villa plus and it was spotlessly clean

The villa has everything you need, shop is across the road marina 5 min walk away. Christina was fantastic and very accommodating. Will definitely be back.

Bit of construction going on nearby but it didn't bother us too much

Die Lage des gepflegten, gemütlichen und gut ausgestattenen Hauses war hervorragend : ruhig, nahe zur Marina Rubicon und zu Supermärkten. Aufmerksamkeiten, wie Tee, Wasser,Milch, Gebäck, verschiedene Gewürze und sogar eine Flasche Sekt gaben gleich das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Einmal pro Woche wurde geputzt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt, Toilettenpapier, Duschgel und Shampoo nachgelegt. Trotz Schlechtwetterphase wurde der beheizte Pool 1x die Woche gewartet. Christina (die Vermieterin) gab mir auch Hilfe beim Einstellen deutscher Fernsehsender. Grundsätzlich bot sie, wann immer sie es frür nötig befunden hat, ihre Hilfe an. Alles in allem ein rundum sorglos Paket! Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!

Location ,marina 5minutes walk ,local bus into Playa Blanca town just up the road (No 30) Christina the host very helpful came round to check everything ok .The villa very homely Relaxing

It needed an update beds furnishing. Patio door to pool wasn’t locking properly so felt a little unsafe poor outdoor lighting by safe key box when arrived. Felt uneasy when walking back to villa at night especially in the car parking area.Sun loungers were broke pool was dirty.

La piscine. Aucun vis à vis. Les espaces. La place pour se garer. La proximité de la plage, de commerces et restaurants.

La vue n’est pas exceptionnelle mais on l’oublie vite car la villa est très confortable.

The villa was spotless and clean and has everything we needed, the host Christina visited to see if we were happy, she was lovely and the heated pool was really nice.

It really well situated. Lovely and private for sunbathing. Very comfortable beds. Host extremely helpful and friendly.
