"Only €4 to teguise main square, or a 20 minute walk, price was good but would pay more if it was updated and aircon."

The staff helped us when asked to clean the villa and pool

The property is very tired desperately needs updated and they must install aircon, it was horrendous with no aircon sorry.

Huge villa and a great pool. We had a fantastic week here and would return in a heartbeat. The villa was clean and had all amenities we needed. Especially loved the pool area. Staff at vitalclass was incredibly helpful and always attended to our requests very quickly

The amazing pool the villa itself , the location

cleaning isn't included and if you want it cleaned you have to pay €80 - not really expected to be honest as in cheaper hotels the cleaning is involved. Also the pool wasnt cleaned either throughout our whole stay, In addition not having air con for us was uncomfortable at times as the weather was so hot

The key collection was very simple and the hotel staff were very helpful. The Villa is large and offered us all the space we needed for 5 adults and one baby.

The hot water tank isn’t really large enough for the number of guests the Villa holds, so you do have to think about the timing of showers.

This is a great big house in a good location..which is why we booked it..

It is in desperate need of updating. The bathrooms badly need cleaning and re sealing (leaking showers) and tiles ready to fall off .wood work bubbling and walls blistering. electrics kept tripping off .. swimming pools needs cleaning and tiles are falling off the pool..

booking .com never gave the taxi details about picking the keys up from reception and the driver never understood so made things difficult on arrival not the villa hosts fault the pool was excellent and accomadation spacious and our 4 grandaughters had a great time

The tv could have had sky tv as had all the villas we have rented in costa teguise before had english channels we had a bad experience with leaks during the rain but it was dealt with quickly (unusual for rain on the island so was understandable )
