"My worst family vacation stay ever😤"

The house was nice with a beautiful sea view and communication with the host

The house was not clean,, more than half the family got sick because of the poor hygiene...Some of us never even got a chance to go to the beach😞 we had to over spend on meds. The house was humid and mouldy, some aircons not working, uncomfortable beds ,Fridge malfunctioning spoiling our food. Small bedrooms, only master was spacious, dirty torn curtains...The outdoor pool was dirty upon our arrival and they only arranged to clean it day before our checkout, we were insanely robbed here😤👎 the place looks good on the picture but not in good condition and property maintenance

TV was not working, and we couldn't watch TV as the network to it was non-functional. Geyser on the east wing rooms was not working. First night, we washed with cold water. Indoor swimming pool water was not working as the water level was very low. The place needs a lot of attention. Kitchen cabinets are broken.

"Good location...spacious house"

No wifi on the property and no dstv connection so kids were bored. Notified the owner who said the helpers on site could assist which they did try but couldn't get it to work...with this being the age off technology that was disappointing to not have a television for the entire weekend....

It was really a beautiful stay with all the facilities available and the owner was also so good and helped with all of the queries. It's only the internet which was not working out there. All the things were absolutely fine. 100% recommended
