villa Avaton near Skopelos town

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa auf Skopelos. Die Lage ist traumhaft und bietet eine herrliche Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft unseres Vermieters. Er war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir bereits erwartet und sogar bis zur Villa vorausgeleitet, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Zufahrt zur Villa ist anfangs etwas abenteuerlich, was in dieser Gegend aber durchaus dazugehört. Für uns war das überhaupt kein Problem, und wir haben uns schnell daran gewöhnt. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war die süße Hauskatze, die uns regelmäßig besuchen kam. Sie hatte vier winzige Babys, die noch sehr klein waren und unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert haben. Es war eine Freude, die kleine Katzenfamilie zu beobachten, und natürlich haben wir die Mama-Katze gerne gefüttert. Insgesamt hatten wir eine fantastische Zeit und können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la Villa Avaton, la villa est superbe et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons très bien été accueilli par Pandelis, et avons eu des produits de bienvenue. Notre hôte était disponible et vraiment sympathique. La villa est située pas très loin du centre ville de Skopelos, mais il faut prendre la voiture car elle est en hauteur. La vue est superbe, et nous avons aussi eu le droit à des petits visiteurs (les chats de l’île) qui nous ont tenu compagnie pendant notre séjour.

-Difficile de dire des choses négatives mais nous dirions que le soleil n’est plus sur la villa, assez tôt dans l’après-midi et petit chemin pour accéder à la villa (louer une voiture adéquate)

The Villa is spacious, in a quiet part of the hill behind the town of Skopelos. The villa has 3 good size rooms, each with their own bathroom. Lots of seating for sitting on the terrace, balconies, the pool area. The pool is a nice size, gets a lot of sunshine, and looks over Skopelos town. Rustically designed, with good facilities. Pandelis is helpful, and very responsive to my queries, and picked up up from our ferry arrival. We would walk into town down the hill, and taxi back up the hill later (Pandelis can provide car rental referral, and taxi referrals).

The villa was spectacular. High up on the mountains. As good as the photos. Every room had amazing views of the port and mountains. Pandelis our host met us at the ferry and we followed him in our rental to the house. And was always available for any need we might have. The weather wasn’t so great so not much swimming. But the pool was clean as a whistle and the lounge chairs so comfortable. So were the beds. Please note -going in and out of the driveway was a challenge due to its steepness. We stayed a week and of course it got easier each time. There was a market that delivered groceries! Nina Supermarlet Skopelos Wolff +30 698 660 3385 and Nina speaks English. Quite and away from the crowds.

The location was incredible with views to die for. Only 15 mins from Skopelos town. The pool area was great and the rooms very comfortable. Each had its own terrace and bathroom. We had an issue with the air con and messaged the host and the next morning someone came to fix it.

Beautiful villa. Wonderful view of the town. Clean and tidy. The host was extremely helpful with anything we needed or asked.

The B road to the villa is a bit hairy, but you get used to it quickly, and it is not well used, so there is not much chance of meeting a car coming the other way, thankfully,

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Avaton! Our host, Pandelis, was absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. When our bags were lost from Athens to Skiathos, he went above and beyond to assist us with the transfer from Skiathos Airport via taxi to the port and ferry to Skopelos. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a memorable example of his generosity and care. The villa itself was perfect in every way. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 private balconies, it gave each of us our own space while still allowing us to enjoy time together as a family. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the beautiful garden and pool offered stunning views over Skopelos Town. To make the arrival more comfortable, some basic essentials like fruit, bread and other food items were thoughtfully provided. A small touch that made a big difference, sparing us from having to rush out for groceries. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend Villa Avaton to anyone visiting Skopelos! Beautiful Villa with amazing views. We loved sitting on one of the many balconies or terraces with a coffee or a glass of wine and just taking in the views. The villa was maintained to a high standard and very clean. Pandelis was very helpful and welcoming. We had a wonderful holiday here.

The villa was very well equiped. The pool was clistall clear with a amazing view. We enjoyed out stay a lot, i would love to come back. The house was very comfortalel, 3 bedrooms have 3 separate bathrooms. Extremly clean with a super garden. The owner was amazing, giving us a lot of support during the stay, all the time, including car rental. He’s just a great guy! My full recommandation and I hope I will come back :)

Don’t change anything

Our host did everything to let us feel very welcome, even before arrival. He helped us organizing our trip to Skopelos and offered help anytime we should need it. The accomodation is wonderfull, everything is very nice, the view is fantastic, the kitchen has everything to cook a meal, prepare breakfast etc. We found already everything for a first breakfast in the fridge ❤ Our son didn't want to leave the pool anymore, sometimes a cute little cat visited us wich became a good friend of us. We had three bathrooms, three bed rooms and 3 terraces plus a balcony. Additionally, there is the pool terrace. We felt like kings and queen. We had an exceptional vacation in this wonderfull place - many thanks to Pandelis!
