Spacious, comfortable, strategic place. Each room has towels, hair dryer. 500m to 7-11 & Lotus. 2km to Ao Nang beach. Staff are very friendly, helpful and can communicate in English too. 👍 Each unit has big umbrella too 👍👏🏻

Understand it’s difficult to maintain well but overall still good good. Need to maintain some furniture and so on in the house. Perhaps bit difficult to get tuk tuk for big group but able to use Grab.

The place is recommended for family or group of 10 people. Very neat, well maintained and well furnished. All the rooms are well maintained. We did not miss the feel of a luxurious hotel and also has a homely feel. The beach is about 2kms from the villa. Our stay at the villa was very pleasant and memorable. Thank you.

I love how modern and accurate the property matching the pictures and the location is great!

The noise of construction. I was informed the construction would start from 10am-5pm but they started at 8am and usually the drill went on pass 5pm. It was very difficult to catch some sleep and I wish I was informed that prior to arrive.

Fairly modern and spacious.

Needed safes bolted down in each room.

Everything and the host was very helpful. It was very nice placed and in a calm area easy to Get from and to.

The pool could have been cleaned before we arrived.

Very spacious and generally quite clean. The host is very accommodating and helpful. We had some issues initially but the host was very quick to reply and resolve it.
