Casa de Yim, Eco Pool Villa

The property was super clean and the location was great (not too near ao nang’s hustle and bustle but there are also plenty of massage place and food places around). Host was also kind enough to let us extend our stay as we didn’t have anywhere to go before our flight and it was pouring outside.

The construction opposite the property starts at 7AM EVERY SINGLE DAY. Been here for 4 days and we saw nothing was done apart from occasional drillings and the men chatting and laughing away. Soundproof sucks because you can literally hear the drillings. Black out curtains are not black out too. Read the reviews that there was construction around 6 months back, and thought that they would have completed but no. It’s just an empty shell with workers staying in the shell. Feel very uncomfortable when I step out of the villa and there were many men staring at me also.

All bedrooms are 1st and 2nd floor no elevetor only living room with kitchen at ground floor

Living room furniture was very uncomfortable

love the entire concept of the property. Had so much fun blasting music & jumping in the pool after a hot day outside!

Location and big comfy rooms n beds and aircon work wonders.Drinking water was a big bonus as we have small children

Staircase for people with knees problems . Barbecue cooker not well look after and rusty.(tourist not using but maybe the locals for staycation)

The villa was amazing and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was fantastic and helped us with all our queries and even our laundry. Loved our stay :-)

Lots of insects but nothing the host can do about that - think it was the time of year

Great host, beautiful apartment, modern furnishings, perfect location, everything you need is within walking distance.

The location of the microwave, we kept bumping our heads. The walls between the apartments are thin, we could barely sleep on our second night there cause the occupants of the other building were partying very very very loudly.

There are 3 units (A1 to A4). I Stayed in unit A2 (Kinda can house 10pax) in the month of May. Indoor building was excellent; but the pool was a disaster. There was works in progress in the pool. Missed out using the pool for the entire day. Though host was speedy in responses in getting a technician to fix it the next day; i feel that more could be done. Anyway; though pool was fix on the next day, the entire floor of the pool was super sandy and muddy. Did no use the pool eventually as the place was just yucky in the end.
