Villa Santana

Lovely villa. Spotlessly clean inside and out. Great location, no real need for a car as the main centre is only about ten minutes walk away. It is even very near to the bus station for getting around and taxis arrive quickly when phoned ( number in information folder ) very private, nice outlook. The villa had everything that we needed. Very peaceful and quiet. A great place to relax. Adar was very quick and attentive from booking right throughout our stay. We had a very happy few days there.

Lovely spacious villa in a great location with a fantastic pool and terrace around it. Great host and welcome basket appreciated as we arrived quite late at night. Very well equipped too.

The only real Negative for me is that the Aircon is in one bedroom only out of the 3, otherwise it would have got a 10/10 from me! It is Especially needed in the 3rd bedroom (pool room) which is separate from the main house with its own bathroom. The Shower in that bathroom really needs to be enclosed as well as the floor floods with a basic shower curtain at present!

Loved the outside area and pool,we didn't get the pool heated and was perfect as it was very hot weather. Very comfortable beds. Has everything you need. We we're very impressed with the welcome basket that was left for us. Thank you. A short walk into town was very easy. Enjoyed our stay very much. Love playa blanca..

Our only complaint would be the showers lovely hot water but they really need updating. The shower in the room off the pool is tiny the shower tray is tiny and we flooded the bathroom every time for a very large bathroom the shower needs updating shower curtain was all grubby at the bottom. Shower in main house was better but again needs updating.

Lovely clean villa quiet location 10 mins walk from centre. Villa had everything we needed coffee machine was a nice extra paid to get pool heated well worth it. Host was great at responding to messages and lovely welcome basket for our late arrival! Will stay again :-)

Only air con in one bedroom other bedrooms and sitting room have fans only. Main issue was the separate (external access only not linked to rest of villa) bedroom and bathroom next to the garage no ventilation so fans circulate hot air making nights uncomfortable.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Villa Santana in Lanzarote! The cleanliness of the place was remarkable, and its prime location was a real treat. With all the amenities provided, including the well-maintained pool, welcome basket and convenient BBQ, every aspect contributed to a wonderful experience. The villa's proximity to the beach, just a 5-minute walk away, and the outstanding nearby restaurants added to our fantastic stay. The fact that it's a short 30-minute walk to both the upscale marina and the water park in the opposite direction made it an ideal hub for exploration. The water park might not be the biggest, but it was perfect for our kids aged 6 to 12 who could enjoy it safely. The Villa manager's responsiveness and local tips, like waiting for a airport taxi instead of pre booking, were invaluable and saved us money. Overall, a memorable stay that has already got us planning our return trip. Highly recommend this villa!

Nothing, very nice Villa.

The villa was in a nice quiet area close to the beach, promenade and shops. The villa had everything you could need for a great stay, lots of shade with covered terraces and umbrellas. There was a lovely welcome basket when we arrived, a selection of books and games, the wifi was good. The barbeque was a great size and the outdoor dining area was really nice especially in the evening. It was great to have a separate area for washing and drying clothes especially with kids.

Although it says that there is air-conditioning it is only in the main bedroom, so the rest of the rooms are only cooled by fans and it got very hot. One of the bedrooms is completely separate from the rest of the villa, so you need to watch this if there was a family of 6, two of them would be entirely separate from the rest of the family.

No sky tv and any channels in English hard to access

Adar was so accommodating with our late arrival. Everything was ready for us on arrival including a lovely welcome basket to have us set up for our 1st morning.

There was nothing about the accommodation that we could complain about. the Pools was heated for our 1st morning and continued in this manner for the remainder of our stay. the location of the villa was ideal for walking to the beach by day if we wanted a break from the pool, or for the evening to head in for dinner.

Excellent location to all the bars and restaurants, excellent layout of the villa with a lovely heated swimming pool, the villa is very private quiet and not over looked and a great family villa.

Outside seating furniture is a bit tired but it's still comfortable to sit down and relax on a nice sunny day.
