Beachside Villa with Private lap pool

Very spacious with plenty of space for 6 of us.

We had planned a bbq but then had to cook inside as the bbq wasn’t clean and the ignition switch was broken. Very difficult to cook all the meat with the cookware available. Only 2 days of coffee supplies. We’d stayed 4 nights so really should be 4 days of coffee supplies. Especially considering the price we’d paid for the 4 nights! One of the doors couldn’t be used. As we had valuables with us we needed it secure so he locked it for us while we were out. Other doors were sticking.

The property was in a great location, it was spacious and easily accessible.

The property would have once been phenomenal, but it is getting run down. A few recommendations for fixing to bring it up to shape. the door to the toilet off the kitchen (it hits the floor and only partially opens) outdoor lights, non work except those over the outdoor table. Kitchen lights, only one works. both up stairs toilets cisterns leak the floor waste in the ensuite upstairs is broken off The soap holders are loose the drawers in the kitchen are very hard to open The tv upstairs remote is badly corroded so you have to press the buttons on the tv, water leaks evident in hallway Air con Remotes falling off walls. Fan remote only partially works in main bedroom Outside real front gate, requires new gate glass had dropped to the ground, and garden is heavily overgrown. These fixes will help bring the place back up to its former glory. Overall, we were still very happy, the kids loved the pool and we loved the walks on the beach and the space,

There was a broken toilet seat and the TV streaming wasn’t working, but Phill was quick to attend to these issues

Very spacious, great for families to unwind and relax. It’s close to everything you need.

I found that the two doors to the toilet were hard to open and that yhe toilet seat was broken. Other than that evrything was fantastic.

Everything! We had all we could possibly need and felt very comfortable and at home here.
