"The best place to stay on Tbilisi"

The best place to stay in Tbilisi as a family/group of friends!!!!! Very spacious, clean, warm owners, wonderful place surrounded by beautiful nature. It is VERY close to the center, 20 mins walk to Avlabari (center with metro) or 5 mins shuttle right from the villas which costs only 1 GEL. Couldn't have chosen better! Don't think twice- book this place.

Everything was wonderful. Only thing is a lot of dogs around and some are aggressive/bark at night so bring ear plugs. Other than that- no complaints

The house is really nice , well equipped and clean. Every room has it’s own air conditioning which was important because it was extremely hot outside.

There was a dog going around the property and it scared us

Мы остановились в доме №4. Расположение хорошее. Виды великолепные. Терасса внизу крутая. В каждой спальне есть кондер + санузлы (очень удобно). Стиралка есть, интернет, телевизор, подписка кинопоиск в смарт тв. Всё было шикарно, даже не знаешь что могло не понравится.

Отсутсвует магазин по близости, но вопрос решаемый. Есть глово и вольт которые привезут всё что угодно и когда угодно. Поэтому кому как. Мне особо не помешало это.
