Villa for families and friends 1

it was absolutely amazing villa for family. we were 10 person who stayed for 10 days. big space with 3 floor 4 bedrooms which have own toilet and bathroom.

The villa area was very quiet for relaxing with a nice view.

The host Tati and her husband went out of the way to help us with our stay/visit to Georgia. What we had paid for is for our stay at the villa. What we got in return was way beyond our stay in the villa. Extra help like arranging for soe purchases and also our transportation at very short notices. Would definitely come back to Georgia just to stay in this villa and meet the lovely host couple.

I didn't like that I could only give them a rating of 10 in my personal opinion the host couple deserve a rating of 20 looking into the extra efforts they put in for us

The house was spotless and warm. The rooms were huge. The villas were positioned in such a way that they would not disturb each other. Common areas and table tennis, barbecue and so on for entertainment were very enjoyable.

Maybe it could be a coffee machine. We chose it knowing that it is far from the centre, but it is not an advantageous location for those who will come without a car.

Beautiful, all you need. Quiet and calm area. Every bedroom with private bathroom. One bedroom with balcony. Small outside area. Wide living room area. Like in pictures. For 6people stay places more than enough. And what a lovely playfull dog, waited us every time. City center about 7min by taxi.

If you travel by public transport then this location not the best.

Hosts were great! They even arranged airport service for us with a good rate. It is a little bit far away from the city center but it takes 10 mins with taxi. And taxi is very cheap. We enjoyed a lot!

The host, Ms. Tati was very helpful and took care of all of our attention. We enjoyed her hospitality. Honestly, this is one of the best places to rent ever. Highly recommended for big families or a group of travellers as it has 4 master bedrooms, a nice yard for chilling and BBQ. Also privacy wise, you would totally feel at home. If I ever visit Tbilisi again, I would go there for sure.
