Ambary House Gili Trawangan- 2 BR Private Villa, Pool

All the facilities! Everything is working perfectly! What we like the most is the way we been welcomed by Pian and Willi! Amazing locals!

Very friendly staff. We were met at the bay and they've helped us with our luggage down to the facility. Any questions and requests were handled in no time. It felt like we are staying at our friend's place. Overall layout of the property is very nice with private bedrooms and a surprising fish ponds in the bath areas. Location is perfect as it is away from the loud area of the island yet a walking distance from the fun part of the island.

Nothing to complain about

We stayed here for six days and it was honestly one of the happiest times for our family. The breakfast was amazing, with different types of fruits and different egg options that kept us full every morning. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and so comfortable that we felt at home from the very first day. The pool was always clean and nice temperature, and the whole place was spotless, even in the smallest corners. The location was ideal, close enough to the main area for dinners and night outs, yet still peaceful and relaxing. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. Thanks to them, every day started and ended with a smile. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Ambary House (and small fish:)). We truly wish you all the best and hope to come back again someday.

La villa es muy grande y cómoda. El personal es muy amable, simpático y siempre atento a nuestras peticiones. La piscina también está muy bien y las habitaciones son muy grandes. La ubicación es perfecta porque la villa se encuentra a pocos metros de la calle principal de Gili pero sin el ruido que hay en ella.

Lamentablemente a la villa le falta mantenimiento. El ventilador de techo que sale en las fotos no existe. Los mandos a distancia de la TV y el proyector no están o las que hay están oxidadas. El desayuno es muy repetitivo y con pocas opciones.

Staff were exceptional. I couldn't rate them higher. They were so helpful, friendly and accommodating it was an absolute pleasure to stay here. We were graced with gorgeous presents for the kids and photos with us upon our exit.. Just fantastic. Thank you to you all xxx

Showers were not hot, but still pleasant.

Grote ruimtes, lekker zwembad, goede airco in slaapkamers. fietsverhuur in straatje, host verbleef naast het huis en je kon er direct terecht met vragen. Binnen enkele minuten kon je bij 't strand, winkels of restaurant zijn.

Als we kritisch zijn, inrichting wat verouderd maar oke, badkamer, keuken oud, redelijk schoon. Geen schoonmaak tussentijds, zelf vragen om schone handdoeken. Ontbijt was wel wat matig.

LOVED everything about it Pool, comfy beds, air con, guys outside being helpful & kind, location was so peaceful yet only 6-7minutes tops to main drag Pool was spotless & a complete delight Very private place - super relaxing!

The accommodation was very comfortable and immaculately clean. The staff were so lovely and helpful- offering to clean daily, carrying our bags to and from the ferry, waking extra early on the last day to cook breakfast before our early departure. No request was too much, and they helped with bike rental and organising washing as well. The pool was the perfect temperature and cleaned daily. Also a benefit with our baby that it was in the shade until later in the day, so we could swim in the heat of the day without being in the sun. The air-conditioning wasnt working well, so they immediately had someone come out and replace the entire unit. Great location as well, very quiet and nice to be off the main strip but still very close to restaurants and the ferry etc. Nothing bad at all to say about the staff or accommodation, we would stay here again in future without hesitation
