Ambary House Gili Trawangan- 2 BR Private Villa, Pool

The workers were available to assist with your daily needs and tours such as bike hire, laundry, getting us food/drinks when required. We wanted a cake for a birthday and they were able to source us a cake. They were honest and showed receipts for items and gave correct change.

Nice design, very organised and helpfull host and his team, great location.

The refrigerator could have been cleaner, but that did not diminish our positive experience.

Ayip came to the ferry terminal to guide us to the villa, even taking my wife's suitcase for her. He allowed us to leave our luggage in the villa as we was early for check in. On our return Ayip took time to explain the villa's facilities & breakfast ordering procedure. Ayip could not do enough to help us, he got us bikes and took our laundry to the shop for us (and collected it!).

Narrow uneven path to the villa. If you have sight or mobility issues you may need to be aware.

Great property, private and comfy. The staff is great they greet you at the port and guide you back to the villa, they offer cheaper private tours for the gili islands and provide delicious fresh breakfast. Couldn’t recommend more !

Spacious villa with nice outside pool and seating area, 2 bedrooms were comfortable.

A little outdated. Needed some fresh paint, fix things and clean up. Then the place would really be worth it!

The private pool, the staff were excellent the place was so clean everyday and the breakfasts were delicious.The Staff get my biggest vote, so friendly and helpful and able to help with anything you need.

The fish in the bathroom but it was ok. The steps in and out of the gate.

Ambary House is ideally situated just behind the busy part of Gili Trawangan near the port. The facilities were excellent with comfortable bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms - complete with goldfish! - and a beautiful pool. The Adi and Alex came to meet us from the port and were so helpful as was Ayip. Breakfast which had a good menu, was delivered freshly cooked every day to our accommodation. My son and I thoproughly enjoyed our stay at Ambary house and would recommend it to others.

Oasis in the middle of the action. Great staff, very helpful and always there if needed.
