Golf Las Salinas Villa Buena Fuerte private heated pool with additional cost

Tout était parfait. Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Tout était très propre. Capsules de café et épices à disposition pour les premiers jours.

Il manquait juste du gel douche, mais les magasins ne sont pas très loin.

Villa was clean ,uncluttered and stylish.Comfy beds,starched sheets that smelt beautiful.Everything we needed in the kitchen.Nice outside furniture. Well maintained pool. Family very accommodating over our flight being delayed and even bigger delays through enhanced border controls. Thanks to Christina,David and Jimmy for all your help.

We bought a couple of bigger white tea mugs . Our choice. The only other thing a hire car was to us an essential, as bungalow was right at the back of resort for shopping etc.

Una villa semplicemente da sogno! Fin dal primo momento siamo rimasti colpiti dalla bellezza della struttura: elegante, curata in ogni dettaglio e dotata di ogni comfort. La piscina è meravigliosa, grande, pulita e perfetta per rilassarsi sia di giorno che al tramonto. La posizione è davvero ideale: immersa nella tranquillità, ma allo stesso tempo vicina a tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Ottima per chi vuole staccare la spina senza rinunciare alla comodità. La villa in sé è stupenda: spazi ampi, arredamento raffinato, camere luminose e una vista mozzafiato. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Torneremmo sicuramente!!! Consigliatissima sotto ogni punto di vista.

A toaster wasnt available common appliance cork screw was broken we replaced it no cushions on seats in kitchen no plug (broken)in sink in kitchen the bedroom tables could have been better not odd stools and tables distance from town more details about how to use appliances in house including burglar alarm more tea towels needed i bought some of my own small hand brush and shovel would have been handy hand rail we felt should have been fitted on pool outside mainly to get in and out and safety reasons more sockets in dining area needed

Cheap furniture that would break with a sneeze

The villa is very comfortable, spacious, and has a nice outdoor space. The location is also good, but you’ll need a car as it’s situated in a private neighborhood with nothing within walking distance. Additionally, some nearby properties were undergoing construction during our stay, so there’s a chance you might encounter some noise, as we did.

We unfortunately had a disappointing experience with two main issues: The Check-in Process The check-in lady was unfriendly and displayed an arrogant attitude, which made our first interaction with the property quite unpleasant. She was not collaborative or helpful when we raised our concerns. The Heated Pool We specifically booked the villa because it was advertised as being a "Villa with heated pool" (I noticed the host has now updated the listing name, which is good). However, upon arrival, we were told we needed to pay an additional €30/day to actually heat the pool. This was misleading, as the listing made no mention of such a supplement. The check-in lady claimed to have contacted Booking.com about the issue and later informed us that Booking.com agreed with her and the property, and that no resolution could be provided. She even said that Booking.com would call us to explain the situation. However, after contacting Booking.com ourselves, they confirmed the violation of conditions by the host and offered us a reimbursement (thank you Booking!). While we were open to finding a solution, the lack of collaboration and poor attitude from the check-in staff made it difficult and left a negative impression. It's unfortunate that this situation spoiled our initial experience with the Villa.

Everything apart from the location it was amazingly clean and had everything we needed!
