Lovely 1BR Secondary suite with Separate entrance

It was a quiet residential location, easy walking distance from shops and services and good public transport connections. The suite was very clean, with good lighting, laundry facilities, fabulous hot water and shower pressure, lots of clean fluffy towels.

Not much not too like. For longer stays an iron & board would be useful.

Very private unit with a kitchenette for the same price as renting a room . The host has upgraded the drip coffee maker to a nice Keurig machine !!

The kitchen was barely equipped, it was fine but could easily have a few more things , we would suggest tea towels , 1 or 2 larger serving dishes/ bowls and more cutlery .

Everything was clean and up-to date, great WiFi, coffee machine, TV, etc. Heater worked perfectly as well, really liked it!

You can hear the owners of the house, because they live right upstairs,and I am sure they can hear you as well, so I would say that was a bit uncomfortable.

Great quiet location close to transport options. Good space, laundry facilities.

Toilet didn't work, landlord organised alternative option for us straight away. Plumber came and fixed the problem the next morning. Bed was a bit low. No toaster provided in kitchen. No hotbtub at premises even though it was listed.

Very close to Moody park and the Royal City mall. Essential items like shampoo, salt, pepper, and coffee were stocked. The bed was comfortable and firm. Private entrance. Absolutely beautiful yard!
