Villa Joan

Nettes, ruhig gelegenes Haus; nur ca. 300 m (über eine Straße) zum Wasser. Zimmer und Betten waren in Ordnung. Gute Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten um das Haus verteilt, so dass man entweder Schatten oder Sonne suchen konnte. Nette Bekanntschaften mit streuenden Katzen gemacht. Ein Auto sollte man haben, um damit die Gegend zu erkunden und Einzukaufen. Gastgeber sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen; Wenig Besteck und es sollte mal erneuert werden z.B. Messer stumpf. Keine Auflagen für die Liegen vorhanden.

Wonderful location far from the maddening crowd

It could benefit from a pool

A small house in a very quiet neighborhood. A nice beach is 5 minutes walk away. It's far enough from the main road and thus very quiet. There is a nice small garden and an ample outside space. Convenient parking spot as well. Very nicely equipped kitchen (we cook for ourselves and many bookings are lacking in this respect). Comfortable beds, nice shower. It's a small space but very functional. We liked it a lot and will come back.

I can't think of anything we disliked.

Property are clean, fully equipped and located in a quite neighbourhood. House and garden are welly maintained and are perfect for families with kids.

Lovely villa. Extremely clean and had everything you need for your stay. Quiet setting, right next to the sea. Short drive from Zygi and Maroni. Half an hour from Larnaca airport.

Quiet, very well equipped, and spacious villa. Perfect for 4 people. Owner was very nice, all the questions we had he answered in few minutes.

Slow internet. The wifi coverage was good but the connection to internet was poor

Villa is clean, in quite location, 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and three fish restaurants nearby
