Villa Joan

The location was very nice, very close to the beach. The house is clean and cosy.The yard is rather large and comfortable to spend some time in the open air

Though the location looks very quiet , there were two nights during our stay accompanied by noisy parties in the neighbouring villas . But it does depend on the people who rent nearby villas, not on the house or it’s location

Our stay at Villa Joan exceeded our expectations in more than one way. It is perfectly located for exploring the eastern side of Cyprus (by car), with Nicosia and Larnaca within driving distance and multiple small and characteristic villages close by. A very nice beach is just around the corner and it has some (fish) restaurants nearby. The house itself has everything you need and is very spacious, clean and well-equipped. It is very suitable for a stay with (small) children, also because of the enclosed garden. The hosts are very friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us nice presents. We felt very much at home. We would definitely recommend this place!

We really liked everything !!!! First of all host Mr. Joan is super person! He prepared for us welcome fruit plate. Also flowers. Environment is so sooo beautiful. This villa is 20 minute far from Larnaca . really good place for a summer vacation . Near the sea( beach) Is a very good location . U can go eveywhere from that point. To Paphos, Agia Napa, Nicosia, eveywhereeeeeee…….. villa provides all necessary facilities for a good stay. Thanks to Mr. Joan for amazing hospitality ❤️❤️❤️

The Greatest villa I have ever been We really loved this villa that made our holiday calm and relaxing. We travelled with a baby and house conditions were very important. This villa had everything! The hosts also were very friendly and helpful. Stalo, the host, helped us a lot. She explained where we could buy goods and have dinner. Miron, our son, likes and misses Stalo. I really recommend you staying at the villa. You will enjoy there. The beach is near the villa. It will take you 1 minute to go there. It is not so crowded, only some people swim there. The water is fantastic. The only recommendation is to rent a car if you want to explore the site and go shopping.

Everything was perfect

The host are very nice people and were available for every need. The house was fully equipped with all a family needs for a good vacation The location is quite nice in approximately an hour from each side of the island There is a small lovely beach in less then 100 meters from the house

Location was excellent, good sized property, well equiped, friendly hosts.

Had issues with ants at the property.

The villa is located in a nice and quiet area. It has a lovely garden and is well kept. Hosts were very nice. We had a late flight and they bought us some groceries and placed fruit for us. They also assisted us whenever needed.

Location is a 50 min drive to beaches in Ayia Napa area.

The villa has a great location for trips around but a car is a must. The house has all amenities one would need. It is spacious and spotlessly clean. It is close to a small but cute beach, suitable for children with shallow water. The host Yiannis is fantastic and always helpful.
