Villa Elena

Great outdoor area, with sun all day and plenty of room. Sun beds were excellent and sun shades worked perfectly (needed a little tightening up, which was easy to do). Villa was spotless and was kept that way with regular visits from the cleaners (which you could choose to not have if you wanted). Everything worked and support from the management team was excellent.

The mattresses were a bit firm for our liking.

Beautiful property a bath Matt would be nice for the shower for elderly people to stop them slipping, it would be better to have a kitchen table in villa Elena it’s a bit awkward with the little table it’s very crammed in , also some of the sun umbrellas don’t stay up

Had a fabulous time with my friends. The villa was beautiful, very clean and has been extremely well maintained. It was great to have so much open space to spend a week in the sun. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and I hope to be able to return very soon.

There was nothing about this property that I didn't like apart from a lack of surfaces in the kitchen to prepare food.

Loved the layout of villa. Very comfortable beds. Great location and staff were very helpful and kind.

It was a shame the pool was so cold.

Excellent property. Brilliant facilities. Cleaners came in every other day, even on Christmas Day. The pool was cleaned 3 times during the week we were there. This is probably the best Villa we have ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in lots over the years. Really can’t fault it and we will definitely be returning. We are already looking to rebook

The only thing that could have improved the Villa was if the pool was heated as it was too cold to swim in in December

Pool was unheated, we did still use it, would have been perfect with heated pool.

Location, quiet and secure, near all amenitie. . Villa very suitable to our group. Villa very clean and cleaned regularly during our visit. Kitchen well equipped. Good space both inside and outside. Plentiful supply of hot water.

Very little to dislike. Couple of minor points. Downstairs shower leaked onto floor. Single beds could use more comfortable mattresses. Email from Booking,com was unclear on how to collect keys.

We ended up getting switched to Villa Cristina. I honestly could not fault the place. Great location, great villa! Care package on arrival. Cleaners came every two days. You are able to leave your bags at the main apartments before and after check out. Villa was a 4 min walk to the casino area of the strip.

Could not fault it.
