Villa Elena

It was fabulous

We booked villa Elena but got villa Christina because there was a problem with villa Elena, I had booked villa Elena as I had stayed here before & I knew it would be great for my 80yr old mother , as the pool had steps you could walk into the pool & unfortunately villa Christina hadn’t it had a ladder that my mum could not use with her mobility issues, I really wish they could if told me this before we arrived as it really didn’t suit her & the weather was very hot , but theses things happen I understand, apart from that I’d highly recommend both villas

the property was the perfect distance away from the main PDC strip which was ideal, the villa was spotless and pool cleaned twice and towels/bedding changed 3 times during our stay, we had no issues at all with check in check out, welcome basket upon arrival was an added bonus too! felt like a home away from home, house was modern too and everything was thought out

We chose to stay here as we wanted a relaxing stay and somewhere that felt homely. The villa was tidy at all times, the cleaners came in regularly as well as a pool cleaner. There was plenty of space and the bedrooms and living room were very comfy. It was a short walk away from the main strip and shops which was ideal. We would definitely stay here again!

The villa itself was fantastic. Great location, great size and cleaned regularly. Lovely pool area and just what we were looking for.

Please be vigilant!!!! The villa was burgled whilst we were in. My husband had fallen asleep in the living room, with the TV on and thieves climbed over the wall accessed the room via the closed patio door and took items that were on the coffee table right next to him. The gate and front door were locked. Please keep the patio door locked at all times! It feels very safe but it isn't! When we reported this to the apartment reception they were very unhelpful and sent us walking 40 mins across the resort to the police station, who sent us back twice as we didn't have documents and needed an interpreter to report the crime. They said that the reception staff should have rung the police and asked them to come to the villa and also they should have known about the laws in Spain on docs needed and the interpreter. It was a very stressful situation. Please note that this review is not a reflection on the villa itself but of the sheer incompetence of the apartment staff and to also ask anyone else staying in the villa to be extra vigilant!

Beautiful well equipped villa

Beautiful villa, great location, really good value for money

Everything. The air con, the pool, the sun terrace, WiFi, the most comfortable beds and the 2 fabulous bathrooms. The location is about a 10 minute walk from Centro the main strip which is ideal and is perfectly quiet and peaceful.

Absolutely nothing to dislike about this property. Everything you need is at hand.

Stunning property ,lovely and spacious with everything you could possibly want and need. The welcome hamper was fantastic with the lovely fresh fruit. The cleaners came in and always gave extra towels and fresh bedding and friendly also,the pool was cleaned a number of times during our stay. Only 10 minutes to the strip in Puerto del carmen and less than that to a the spa or Hyperdino for groceries. George the man from reception when checking in was so helpful. We would recommend villa Elena to anyone.

The WiFi wasn’t the best, and the two twin rooms the doors scrapped on the floor when closing ,the twin room downstairs could do with new mattresses

Property was comfortable clean facilities perfect , cleaning staff and pool cleaner lovely and friendly location perfect

The checkin staff on the desk where we had to pick up our keys were rude not friendly at all was told we could check in from 2 and was nearly 3:30 when they allowed us to take the key
