The staff were friendly

The overall finish needs some serious attention, for the money you pay for this property it is atrocious compared to others in the area. No toilet seat, paint falling off the ceiling, water coming through into the bathroom when it rained, sockets hanging off walls, stains on floor and most of the paint cracked. The pictures really show how bad it was, when we asked for a toilet seat we were told it wasn’t possible and when we showed them the paint we were told what we were paying would get it fixed…..
