Villa Camotes

La propriétaire et le personnel essaient vraiment de tout faire pour rendre le séjour agréable. La vue est sympa. Les jardins sont bien entretenus. L’appartement est propre. Il y a une piscine plutôt agréable, mais comme la plupart des piscines aux Philippines, elle n’est pas profonde et donc on ne peut pas vraiment nager. Il y a une plage en bas mais nous ne l’avons pas utilisée pendant le séjour.

Malheureusement, nous avons rencontré quelques soucis lors de notre séjour. La climatisation dans le salon était en panne, ce qui nous a surpris car ce n’était pas indiqué dans l’annonce. Nous nous attendions à en avoir une, comme indiqué sur l’annonce. Nous avons séjourné en famille (2 grands enfants) et demandé 2 lits supplémentaires, car nous préférons qu’ils restent dans la chambre des parents. Tout cela avait été arrangé avant le séjour, mais à notre arrivée, ils avaient simplement posé 2 matelas très fins par terre. Quand nous nous sommes plaints, ils ont tout de même fait l’effort d’acheter de nouveaux matelas (mais toujours à poser par terre). Dernière chose : notez bien que si vous restez un dimanche, il n’y a pas de ménage ni de petit-déjeuner, car le caretaker ne travaille pas (et, bizarrement, ils n’ont pas de remplaçant).

Prachtige groene oase aan zee. In 2 minuten op het strand. Brandschoon. Enorme vriendelijke gastvrijheid en elke vraag of verzoek wordt meteen beantwoord. Absolute aanrader.

We felt so welcome here and were sad to leave after a magical few days with merci and oppa! They always went the extra mile to make sure my family was comfortable. Lovaly pool with a view and great location very close to the santiago bay beach. I highly recommend it. Looking forward to coming back one day!

A bit far from store and main road

When you get to villa the location is super. They sent good arrival information beforehand. View was great, pool was nice and everything was easy to arrange with Merci. The staff was availlable to fix everything quickly. Only three apartments so nice and quiet. Lovely garden. No restaurant on site but breakfast was arranged and other basic meals could be ordered from hostel.nearby. Good cooking facilities. Defenately the best place where we stayed at our holidays at Philippines. If you go to Camotes, this is a lovely place stay!

Minor details that I would fix: less fragance on washing linens and towels, something to the feet of chairs so they are not so noicy to move around, if some mornings there is no availability for breakfast this could be announced early in the previous day so there is time to arrange selfservice. But like said, these are minor things.

The view is amazing! The private beach is gorgeous and super comfy bed! Mercy and her husband are two of the nicest people I have ever met, they can’t do enough and such good fun too! Would revisit just to see them!

Where do I start ? It was a most friendly welcome ii & my friend experienced , They not only showed us the lovely (almost like an apartment toured the grounds also ,.They do main meals pre order but we decided to walk but the Breakfasts were cooked on the premises were lovely
