Samui Blu, villa with private pool

Building works refurbishing a 3 storey apartment block next door. When I asked the property agent about it they replied it's normal for people to do renovations as it's the shoulder season. However these works have been going on for 6 months at least and should have been advised. They have 6 months more to go. Also property manager asked for 1,200Baht for cost of water over 3 days. That's ridiculous when there was only 2 of us staying. When i queried it they dropped the claim. I suspect it was a scam.

Très belle villa , spacieuse et tres bien entretenue. Cadre idyllique. Emplacement parfait, au calme. La gestionnaire, Kate, est très réactive en cas de besoin. Les informations données correspondent a l'annonce.

The villa is fantastic with everything that we needed and more, the.outside areas are stunning and well maintained. The communication and check is process was well managed and puts you at ease for a long trip.

The garden was amazing— mature plantings were beautiful!

I dont like the beach in the area. But that is no refection on Samui Blue. The beach is not swim able. Too shallow.

It was such a lovely, large, spacious villa with everything we needed for our family of 4.

It would have been nice if there had been an umbrella in the house. We also struggled with the water in the pool - my boys had reactions to whatever they used in the water and after a couple of days couldn’t get in. The team came and checked the ph levels and said they were fine but sadly it didn’t help my boys. It wasn’t a major factor as the weather was very rainy while we were there but if we had been in the height of summer, it might have been trickier… The villa is in an area that isn’t hugely populated - we loved this but others might find it too quiet.

A high quality property. Every aspect of this property was excellent . I highly recommend a stay here I will be back

La villa è davvero molto bella, accogliente ed ubicata in una zona molto tranquilla e vicina alla spiaggia.

Non abbiamo molto apprezzato il fatto che ci fosse stato detto che sarebbero passati a pulire la casa dopo 4 gg. Non abbiamo visto nessuno, nessun problema…ma allora meglio saperlo prima e, soprattutto, avere qualche asciugamano in più. A parte questo, la villa è molto bella ed il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Tenete presente che le stanze sono tre, una enorme, mentre le altre di dimensioni normali, ad una si ha accesso solo dall’esterno, ma non è assolutamente un disagio.
