L extérieur est très agréable mais gros soucis d’accueil client.

Nous avons séjourné dans une maison très agréable, aussi bien à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur. Le cadre et le logement étaient appréciables. En revanche, l’accompagnement et le service ont été plus que médiocres. Nous avons notamment dû payer une caution de 300 euros via la plateforme Homerty, sans réel accompagnement ni assistance de la part de la propriétaire malgré plusieurs difficultés rencontrées durant le séjour. La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas, pas de wifi, il faisait froid : pas de couverture, les radiateurs était HS et les plomb sautaient régulièrement. Nous avons quitté le logement. Aucune aide ni assistance pendant plus de 48.00. Nous avons quitté le logement

Es war sehr schön und der Garten ist sehr schön eingerichtet.

Die Parkplatz Lage ist nicht so optimal.

Liebevoll eingerichtet mit schönem Außenbereich. Die Garage war praktisch und es passte sogar unser Caddy hinein.

Schlafzimmer an der Straße war aufgrund des Sraßenverkehrs sehr laut und die Matratze war durchgelegen. Die Müllentsorgung sollte besser beschrieben werden. Hatten große Probleme.

The property was nice. With great gardens and pool.

The owner was obsessive about the property, unbelievably there wifi cameras in the living room and entrances hall (shown in pictures) which is against booking.com rules. The owner is round every day, she went into the property while my son was home alone in his bedroom, without him knowing turned off the a/c in the living room, then went to the back door and pretended she had just arrived. She then started screaming and shouting at him about the a/c been on. She went into every room in the house for a nosy round. All very strange. The bedrooms are red hot on a night, only a/c in one bedroom, which hasn't worked for the last two years. Looks to me like the owner has left a different remote for the a/c so it would never work, obviously to save on electricity. It's on a busy road, dogs bark constantly through the night. Parking is only big enough for a very small car.

The property was absolutely beautiful and well equipped. Lovely pool. Not too far if you have a car to visit other areas.

Aircon in no bedrooms. At 37 degrees Celsius this was a problem. Never have I sweated like that before! We had a 12 week old baby and we had to keep her and the parents in the lounge for the duration to keep her safe from the heat as this was the one room that had aircon. Would be ok in cooler months. The owner comes occasionally which is a bit strange and she can get a little cross. I was told off for washing towels and she wasn’t happy at the fact that we left some food in the fridge and freezer on departure . We left the food as it was perfectly good to eat and would have been a waste to discard. She also was angry as I used the incorrect mop with the incorrect mop bucket. She turned up on our last evening and completely ruined our last evening

house + garden with pool

Location was nice, and the house was very clean. Carage was great, but only for a small car. Outside areas was beautifull, and pool area was nice. Mancor de la vall was a nice little village. Restaurants was not open the time spend there, but the next city (Inca) had many places open. Only 5min drive away.

Coffeemaker was very slow. Would recommend the owner to buy a new one. There also was only few rolls of toiletpaper. We noticed this in the evening, and didn`t want to message the owner so late, so we just bought it ourself. Also only two dishwashermachinetablets, so we bought those aswell. Lots of little ants in the house. I am very sensitive for different kind of scents, and there was scents in every room, and it took a while to get rid of the smell. I got a migraine from those in two first days. I bit annoying, but also funny was, that the owner was at the pool area the time we arrived (at. 4p.m.) We didn`t find vinebottle opener, and there were no basic spices (salt!), so it made cooking a bit hard at first.
