Simply exceptional from every single aspect. The property is amazing. Clean, efficient, very well decorated. But what makes it stunning is it's location. You feel like you are on a boat since it's literally on the beach. The waves almost reach to the terrace. The sea is amazing, sandy all the way, even not a single pebble. There's not much I can say about the property to explain how it feels. Dimitris is an excellent host. Very friendly, helpful and assisting with whatever you may need. This is the property we will stay on our next visit to Crete. Extremely recommended...

We had the most amazing time at Seashell. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa is even more beautiful than the photos, spotless, stylish, and comfortable. The views with the sea are breathtaking. Dimitris was warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. I'd say hospitality at its finest. Every little detail had been thought of, from the well-equipped kitchen to the bedrooms The location is ideal, peaceful and private,steps away from the beach,as well as very close to tavernas and supermarkets.

The apartment was a dream place to stay. The view on the large terrace is fantastic. It is so close to the sea. It has fantastic sunbeds and bean bags to enjoy the sun and the view. If you want to swim, it is just a couple of stairs away. You can then dive in a fantastic sea with sandy underground. In most cases, it felt even like your own part of the sea, even in high season. Inside you have a 2 room apartment with very good beds, living room with comfy sofa, a very good shower in the badroom and a small kitchen which provides everything what is needed. Thanks to Dimitris, he is a great host. You get a lot of tips to eat, to visit,... You get every three days a full cleaning service. Due to the outside shower, you also get rid of a lot of sand/salt. So you feel the apartment is always clean. In the neighborhood, there are plenty of family (local) restaurants and beach bars. To summarize, it was a fantastic holiday despite the heatwave we had.

Nothing that really matters.

Beautiful location right on the water with a beautiful beach on your doorstep and with restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance it makes this place the perfect getaway. Dimitris is a gracious and friendly host who greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were happy and comfortable with our apartment.

Property was perfect. No complaints.

The villa is located near the sea, as seen in the photos posted on Booking. It looks as in the photos. The interior it’s cosy, very clean, comfortable and has all the appliances you might need. The terrace it’s very beautiful and spacious (and exclusive). You can easily sunbathe on the terrace and don’t need to look for a sun bed on the beach. The cleaning lady came twice during our stay and it was more then enough. The most important feature of this location it’s the owner, Dimitris, a very thoughtful and pleasant person, whose only goal is to offer you the perfect vacation. We will surely return.

There is nothing to complain about.

The accommodation and facilities were fantastic, definitely the best booking I have made for an overseas trip! The villa is well catered for a family of 4 and 5 and can be serviced/refreshed with a call to Dimitris. Dimitris is a gentleman and very considerate, making sure all our needs were met. Additionally, he also provided us with some great excursion and food recommendations which we loved. Thank you for allowing my family to enjoy a wonderful trip.
