Everything about the apartment was fantastic, location was a dream, small supermarket across the road, plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect villa and host. We have stayed in both mercedes and leticia several times and never disappointed. Jorge is really helpful and always goes the extra mile to make sure you have a perfect stay. We have have already booked again!

We have just returned from spending our first Christmas abroad, we had an amazing, relaxing holiday. Jorge was so helpful, met us on arrival and even organised our taxi to the airport yesterday. This is a perfect away from home experience with everything you need. The location is perfect, near the beach, supermarkets & bars. We enjoyed it so much I booked the property next door for next year.(this one was unavailable). Thank you Jorge, you are a wonderful host.

A Lovely villa in a quiet area in Matagorda. Jorge was an excellent host and the villa has everything you need for a stay. It is much bigger than the pictures make out. There was an issue with the aircon unit but Jorge provided an extra fan in the living room, we didn’t actually need it as the breeze through the villa kept things comfortable (also ceiling fans in each bedroom which I prefer rather than aircon). There was coffee, bottled water and wine for us on arrival and Jorge gave us a quick tour and answered any questions. Cleaning products, bin bags, washing tablets for the washing machine, iron and iron board. (there was no toilet paper or kitchen roll provided but I think this was just forgotten about when the villa was being prepared for us), shower gel and shampoo are all provided. There was also 4 sun loungers in the front garden (one of them probably needs replacing) and large beach towels are provided. The beach is only a 5 min walk and so is the shopping centre which has plenty of bars and restaurants (and a spar). You can actually see the sea from the front garden. There is also a small shop across the road. Jorge allowed us to store our luggage in the secure store area until we left for the airport. Check out was 12pm which is later than usual for villa rentals. WiFi speed was really good and a large smart tv with all the usual apps. We would definitely return. It was a perfect villa.

First class apartment!!! The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. We were impressed when Jorge met us on check in, providing a walk round of the apartment’s ample facilities. Everything had been provided for a comfortable stay. Jorge was super responsive to any questions and the customer service he provided was exceptional.
