"OK for the price."

The upper 2 floors were nicely renovated. Location was great.

1st floor was old and the couch was broken, the security latch on the back sliding door was broken and the door was off its tracks but we were able to fix that and lock part of the door.

Kitchen was cramped- couldn’t open refrigerator without hitting cabinet - rough dishwasher shelves. Minor inconvenience

I like how much room there was for all of us to sleep comfortably. It was walking distance to the beach and so many stores and restaurants.

It had kind of an old smell. Maybe using plug-in air fresheners.
