Villa Cabo Roig Coco-Mat

Well maintained villa in excellent location. 5min walk to bars & restaurants. 15 min walk to beach. Owners couldn't do enough for us. They were absolutely lovely even drove us to Torrevieja and back. Everything is there for you including pool towels

Shared pool is quite small if there are a few people using it. It advertises jacuzzi but it's not really, no bubbles. Got to take your own sunbeds/chairs

Location was good. Nady, the caretaker, was kind and helpful.

The air con leaked upstairs and downstairs, we had to put towels on floors, as it was dangerous. Water comes through light fitting onto floor below from upstairs air con !!! Shower is only over bath...NOT "walk in" as advertised. Not semi detached as advertised... It's a terraced house... way smaller in reality. There isn't one cooking utensil in kitchen. Small amount of cutlery. No grill tray, toaster is a joke... can't describe it. 🫣. Bed linen has really seen better days. Duvet in wardrobe not clean. Pool is definitely not suitable for children as the shallow end of pool is way too deep for them and the whirlpool thing doesn't seem to have worked for ages. Bannister on stairs loose. The owner of this property really needs to invest some money in it!!

We stayed at this beautiful apartment for 11 nights on a self-catering arrangment. Everything about this place was perfect, Excellent hosts. This 3 bedroom property is on 3 floors with a lovely rooftop including 2 sunloungers and table, plus beautiful views of the mediterranean sea, all rooms were perfectly clean, plus very nice kitchen with everything you need including washing machine and dishwaser. This apartment is also in perfect location, 5 minutes walk to Cabo Roig Beach, and also 5 mins walk from many resturants shops and bars.

Everything was perfect about this apartment. no complaints.

Very Convenient location close to all amenities and beach. We were met by the owner who was very informative and even facilitated our early arrival.

La proximite de la mer et des restaurants , les terrasses , le barbecue, la gentillesse des propriétaires.

Juste une chose la table extérieure un peu trop petite pour 5 personnes
