KARAT Villa Atlantida

Villa was nothing short of amazing. Its cleanliness, attention to detail, abundance of amenities and an amazing outdoor space. It was perfect. This villa has it all. Great location too. Kind and friendly staff to greet us when arriving to show us round.

The space and the pool and garden were perfect. All the facilities within the house were spot on.

There were a few issues at the start which were quickly resolved. Builders were working on the house the first day of the holiday within the management companies knowledge. There was a door to a rear 1st floor balcony that couldn’t be locked this was a safety concern with 4 children in the house.

We liked everything about this property, its in a great location close to a few supermarkets, shops and restaurants but far enough away you don't get distured at night. You are just a short walk down to the beach. The pool is excellent and heated so not so cold. Karat are excellent hosts and very accommodating and quick to respond to queries. Would highly recommend a stay at Vilia Atlandia. We will likey be back.

The villa was amazing, exceptionally clean, great facilities & perfect location. Nice touches like welcome pack, plenty of toiletries & dishwashers tablets. Kitchen had everything needed & pool towels were a great touch. Staff that met us there were really friendly. Would definitely come back

Hosts were very responsive and helpful! Villa was lovely and in a great location, little bit of a hill but manageable - walking distance to Monkey beach and some lovely restaurants. There is a lift to the property as there are steps to main entrance - arrange this ahead of time if you need to use the lift as it was turned off when we arrived but hosts quickly resolved this for us!

The price was quite high compared to other villas we have stayed in.

Location was amazing. On the whole the property was amazing . The staff support at KARAT was unbelievable. Pool is great, location is great. 5 minute walk from beach. We stayed with friends and their family and property was more than suitable. Garden area was amazing for the kids. It’s not overlooked by any other properties either as at top of the road so really private. The downstairs bedroom is like its own little annex perfect for grandparents - only issue is the lack of air con in this part.

Few things need updated. Sofa bed needs replaced we never used it but pulled it out and were gunna put kids in and it was disgusting underneath. I don’t get for such an amazing place why you would have that there. Air con in downstairs bed room is a must for me. I don’t get why they have it in all other bedrooms and the living room but not the downstairs bedroom. These 2 changes would have made the place perfect for us. Couple of the items like ping pong table net needs fixed etc but nothing major all small things.
