We had the best time at Karat Villa Atlantida. Spacious property, great pool but most importantly the location of the villa is amazing. Restaurants, shops, beach, Siam water park in walkable distance. Would recommend. We are coming back for sure ☺️

Fabulous villa, perfect for a family holiday. Swimming pool was a winner with everyone. Would definitely return here with my family.

Fab property in a great central location. Perfect for families, lovely pool, clean and spacious. We’ve already booked to return next year. Thanks to Rony who was on hand and very helpful during our stay.

The air con in the living room was enough to cool downstairs but we did struggle with no air con in some of the bedrooms, we hired a unit but have read air con is to be fitted soon to rectify this 😀

"Great Villa in a great location amazing has by all."

The layout is great for families, lots of different areas to be separate. Felt very safe. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Pool was great.

No air con, fans provided but didn’t also help.

Good location, very spacious, great pool

Lost electricity for 4 mornings so no showers worked at them times and couldn't do breakfast, aircon only in loung none in the bedrooms where its needed , think that we paid over the odds for what we got , for that price i would expect the maintenance to be a bit better
