Baan Lom Talay Grand Villa Samui

Great view. Good location. (Best to have a car) Excellent pool. Comfortable beds. Beautiful garden. The housekeeper, Mrs Boom, is a gem. Very nice and has wonderful recommendations. The house was in impeccable condition.

The living room was hard to cool down. But owner decided to change the A/C to a bigger model during our stay. After that nice and cool 👍

The villa exceeded our expectations, immaculately clean, spacious, private, quiet with spectacular 360oc views. Bed was super comfortable, air con execellent, lots towel provided. Boum met us at the villa to check us in, super helpful and friendly, efficient check in. Safe area, with gated drive way. Everything you need for a perfect holidaymin paradise.

Perfect place to spend an unforgettable vacation. German owners, very friendly and easy to communicat with. The reality is much better than the photos ! Helpful maid, spotless clean house in a nice and quiet surrounding. Unbeatable value for money ! Unbelievable views and close to the nice restaurants in Banrak and Choeng Mon. Two nice sandy beaches within walking distance from the house. We will return. A clear recommendation !

Great house, fantastic location with a beautiful sea view, nice and helpful housekeeper, friendly German owners, everything spotless clean, simply a dream! Quiet location, safe area. We have already booked again for next winter!

We were able to enjoy a very relaxing holiday here. The accommodation is extremely clean, the reality is much nicer than the photos on booking.com already show. Quiet neighborhood, no noise. The electricity costs are not high. Great pool, very nice owners, very friendly and helpful housemaid. Unbeatable price-performance ratio! We'll be back next year!

Having to sort out extra charges for electricity use at check out. we were informed about this policy at check in. I have not encountered this before but it would be nice not to have to think about details like this on holiday. TV was small with very few channels to watch from.

Exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do this place justice. The rooms were all an excellent size and en suite. The pool area and living room area were superb with amazing views of both sunrise and sunset. The housekeeper Boum was amazing and helped us arrange meals and a chef during our stay. She has contacts on the island and became our own personal concierge during our stay, even helping us secure a last minute reservation for xmas dinner. The villa was in the quiet end of the island and only accessible by car. This meant it was serene, peaceful and quiet. The views are amazing. We do not travel back to the same hotel or villa often but I know we will be back here if we visit Koh Samui again.
