Each bedrooms are very spacious with an ensuite bathroom. Many spots with sofas and couches around the house that are ideal for lounging with friends while looking at amazing views.

The driveway is very steep and narrow, so most cars bigger than a regular 4-seater will not be able to come up to the house. Caution is needed on scooters as well.

Baan Lom Talay is wonderful. Just book it! The spectacular views (both sunrise and sunset), the big, gorgeous pool, the Koi ponds (!) and charming, light filled, very comfortable home was perfect. Buem, who met us with the keys and kept everything beautifully in order was a pleasure to meet. Thongson Beach was picture perfect for afternoon beers. There was an easy spot for our hire car (driving is easy on Samui and car hire inexpensive).

Exceptional views of the ocean and a great infinity pool to relax.. Highly recommend this villa.

The location might be a problem for some as there are no restaurants close by.. Having a car would definitely help..

Great dream villa with excellent sea views, privacy guaranteed as set on a vast fenced tropical garden. Excellent and clean pool, nice interieur, ultra fast internet (had to work a bit...), many TV channels. We will return again, have already booked ! Do not miss to stay at this beautiful home away from home...

It was even better than we expected from the photos. 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a very spacious living room/kitchen. The terrace goes around the building and there is view of both sunrise and sunset over the sea. The pool area was beautiful and private. Great place!

We have no complaints at all

absolutely stunning property, excellent views, very well decorated house. Very comfy beds with mosqito nets - keeps the bugs out...The villa price is amazing: less than one third of the houses around the villa !! The house is situated in a very nice tropical garden with plenty of a distance to the neighbor - so quarantees a good privacy. All rooms spotless clean, very clean pool, German owners who cared for us as did the housemaid. Thank you again for a lovely stay - we will return one day for sure. Will recommend this treasure to our friends !

The villa was amazing, very nicely designed and clean with excellent furniture. The private pool was like our own oasis I would definately stay again. This villa is especially good for families or those who value space and privacy. Fast Interent, easy for working. Many TV channels, big fenced garden with many flowers. Much nicer than the photos show, value for money unbeatable. There are some villas for rent close by that cost tree times the price and are very close together with no privacy. Here at Baan Lom Talay you have space around you ! The German owner Hans and the housemail are very attentive. We will return !
