Location and heated pool

Lack of plastic cups and plates for poolside. Uncomfortable beds. Water pressure in showers

Weather was lovely was nice not to have to share pool with anyone else air conditioning was good also nice to have washing machine was clean on arrival access to property went smoothly

There was a lot needed fixing toaster didn't work blew 💡 kettle didn't turn off couldn't get upstairs door to lock sunbeds weren't comfortable pool was leaking had to top it up everyday water pressure in shower and sinks not very good needs better security like alarms and CCTV we had some one come in through bathroom window money and a phone got stolen obviously we were more vigilant after that

The villa location is excellent and the pool is great. The rooms are generous and the air conditioning is effective. There is a BBQ and a lovely outside patio, table and chairs to dine outside. There is a washing machine and a drying rack outside. The pool is regularly maintained.

We have stayed in the property before and it was well equipped. This time, there were no pegs for the drying rack, no sponges or cloths for cleaning, no washing up liquid, no metal trays for cooking in the oven and the outside parasol was broken. It just felt that the villa needs some TLC and that bathrooms could do with a deep clean. We bought most of the missing items ourselves but the property management company did respond efficiently to replace the parasol and oven trays.

Loved the where the villa was could walk to everything shops and beach with in walking

The shower was running slow and always had cockroachs in the villa at night

The location was good,

The villa was a little run down and tired. The water kept turning off and the maintenance guy was having to come out and turn it back on. They eventually changed the pump that was causing the problem. The mattress in the rooms were dirty and it could all do with a good overall.

Pool leaks daily,linen poor on my first week my sheet had holes on it.,damp plaster on lower ground rooms bulging with damp.tiles around pool broken.baths old and dirty bases,sun loungers old need an upgrade.pool area dirty on arrival.having to top up pool with cold water daily.no satellite TV channels as advertised, furniture needs upgrade, kitchen table metal holes in pattern contaminated with old food,should have glass top.totaly overpriced for a very run down villa in need total make over.would not recommend as villa not worth price so disappointed as villa not as advertised.

Cheap and cheerful

Place has been rented to within an inch of its life, and is showing it. Beds are very uncomfortable and cheap feeling, as is the couch. All woodwork and walls need to be completely repaired. Walls in the sitting room are actually dirty, never came across that before. Pool area isn't private or secure. My kids were in the pool when house cleaners, gardeners and maintenance men arrived unannounced. On the walk back from the strip, you're very conscious that there's no one else around once you get past Cinco Plazas. If you want something cheap, and you go in with very low expectations, you'll be grand. I wouldn't recommend this to friends or family.

Good location

Pool area or pool not cleaned. We had to wash sheets off one of the beds. They were clearly not changed. General cleanliness was average.
