Everything was great

No welcome pack.

The location was good. Not too far from the town about a 15 minutes walk maximum. The villa had everything you would need for a nice relaxing holiday. There was a problem with the water heater and it was fixed right away.

The WiFi upstairs is absolutely terrible. A WiFi booster is needed for the two upstairs bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom, shutter door could do with a bit of TLC.

Cups etc. Weren't washed. Not ideal to have to wash everything when you arrive. No cleaning products at all. No cushions for chairs at all.

This was a great find! The villa had everything we needed, plenty of room for us all and the pool and terrace were lovely. A great location too, a short walk to multiple supermarkets, the beach and the main strip. Much nicer area than the old town in our opinion. The only issue was having a late flight and other guests checking in the same day, there was nowhere to leave our luggage. We ended up buying a day pass for a nearby hotel. Will stay here again!

the location was the best thing about the villa lounge space and kitchen areas were clean

the pool area was covered in broken and loose tiles the beds were awful the sheets and pillows stained the bathroom sink and bath were not useable downstairs the outer door in the twin room upstairs didn't lock the electric sockets in the lounge were not useable one was coming of the wall the other had fire damage the front light into the property didn't work

The Villa is very clean and well maintained. Javier the local representative was very helpful.

Great space , enough for the whole family. Lovely garden area and close to main strip/ supermarkets & beach.

Pool was dirty , even though the pool man came quite often . My son has come home with his first ear infection . Very little supplied such as no spare toilet rolls or washing up liquid /dishwasher tablet . Whole place could do with an upgrade
