Pool and location

Very Dated. Basics not provided. I really don’t understand this property. It’s in a very exclusive area it has the potential to be amazing but falls short in every area. Spend a little money on the place and make it more comfortable for your guests. Some new furniture and definitely new mattresses we didn’t have a single good nights sleep. A nice patio seating area would be nice. You have white plastic half broken table and chairs. Honestly we only spent time pool side as the inside is quite depressing. The location is great. Nothing else to say.

The villa is very spacious and the pool is lovely, we stayed for 5 nights in March so the pool was heated and it was a comfortable temperature. The furniture and decor is dated but that’s personal preference. Location is great, 15 mins from airport, 5 walk to both supermarket and down to the marina front. Bars and restaurants are very good, Puerto Calero is lovely, clean and peaceful. We would return.

The basics are not provided, we had to buy toilet rolls, kitchen cloths, scrub sponge, bin bags, hand soap. Various things broken and need attention - shower screen, sun loungers. There is an outside bin on the front wall, we only found this out on the last day and would have been handy to know. We could not connect to the WiFi. House maintenance book needs updating with info.

La villa necessita di una ristrutturazione profonda, i mobili sono rotti e vecchi. I letti cigolanti, per non parlare del materasso. Non sono riuscita a dormire per tutti i giorni del soggiorno. Ai bagni mancano le maniglie e quindi le porte non si possono chiudere. Ci sta ruggine ovunque incluso sul barbecue che è stato inutilizzabile. La casa ci è stata consegnata tutta sporca soprattutto la cucina non è stata proprio pulita ed inoltre erano presenti molte formiche. ASSOLUTAMENTE sconsigliata la struttura!!

Clean and spacious, pool was lovely.

Wifi was bad. No soap or washing up liquid.

Good location. Quiet. Large villa.

Some of the decor, fittings and furniture were a bit old.

La villa está situada en una tranquila urbanización con seguridad privada. Muy cerca hay un supermercado y en el puerto deportivo hay varios restaurantes, pubs y alguna tienda. La casa estaba muy limpia y las habitaciones son amplias. Una habitación del piso superior tiene baño propio y en la planta baja hay una habitación con su propio salón-cocina y baño. Las cocinas están completamente equipadas para cocinar, con vitrocerámica, horno, microondas y amplia nevera. La piscina y la zona de barbacoa es ideal para relajarse y desconectar, pues está en una zona sin ruido y cuenta con hamacas y ducha. También hay una terraza exterior con mesa y sillas. La localización es perfecta para visitar otros puntos de la isla y a unos 9 minutos en coche está Puerto del Carmen que es una zona más bulliciosa donde encontrar mas restaurantes y pubs.

The villa is huge with plenty of space around the pool area and the proximity to the marina where the bars and restaurants are is ideal.
